Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Radio FM4 app issues:

Force Stop the Radio FM4 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Radio FM4 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Radio FM4 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Radio FM4 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Radio FM4 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Radio FM4.

Again, got Radio FM4 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
