Game still has the same issues. Dormant games piled up on your Que. I realize that you can’t force players to end the game. After player has not moved in over a month. Last player who moved should automatically win.
Also, Game locks when a player asked repeatedly for a drawer. Players are using this bug to get around being the loser.
The owner of Checkers is responsible for fixing these problems.
I do enjoy this game. Let’s maintain it for real serious players on a professional level.

Horrible walmart scam ads appear seconds after you open up Checkers , says I've won a $1000 gift card, yea right !!!!!! I have to get out of the ap then double click, then totally close Checkers and then go back in. Usually I can play half a game, 2 minutes before I have to close it out and restart to finish the game. I can't believe this company or Walmart would allow this scam, but I read almost all the reviews and no one mentioned my situation so I'm reporting it. Great app other than that !!!!

What in the world happened to this great app? This was my favorite game app for 5 years. A few days ago I went to play a game and to my dismay, the whole design was different and horrible. The nice blue this app are now black and both colors are flat. It went from looking 3D to a cartoon. Now I don’t even know what game I’m playing because I have this app randomly flying off the board and randomly reappearing in new places, it makes no sense. Please please put it back to the way it was!!! Fix this nightmare of an app. It was perfect the way it was and didn’t need to
be monkeyed with. Now it’s awful.

I have had this game for years and it was great! Previously, you would have the ad bar on the bottom of the screen. That was ok because it allowed you to play uninterrupted and only have to deal with in-game ad pop ups every now and then. Now, you play a few moves in the game and it exits out of Checkers to a web browser to a malware site. You go back in the game, play a few more moves, and it exits out of Checkers again to a malware site. Well, not on my iPhone, you don’t. Have fun making zero money from me now., because I am uninstalling your corruption. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

When there are only two possible moves for the AI, it freezes and will not move or concede its impending loss. Bad Programming creates an AI which is a sore loser! You need to add an option to FORCE the AI to move! Why should I concede when I have won EVERY GAME!!!

Your new display is terrible! Where are the options to keep the original display???????

You turned the simple game of this app into an irritation — bad opponent which will not concede when it cannot win and terrible display, not to mention irritating ads. AWFUL!!!

I got Checkers so I would have something to play on my Apple Watch. But it gets annoying because the computer that I am playing against always wins and I just get mad at Checkers and delete it. But wind up re downloading it to try it again but still every time it wins. Checkers should let you pick the level of difficulty I know how to play this app and can be good at times but the computer just wins every time. Also when I play the computer sometimes it goes two times in a row. And then that gets a lot of my this app out.

Do NOT download Checkers or other apps associated with it. Pornography kept popping up on me in the middle of games and I had to shield my eyes. I was angry because I was in the middle of a good game but I couldn’t finish it because this kept happening. In the other games like connect four, I had to keep going back to the main screen in order to see that my friend had taken her turn. That was frustrating too. I WISH I could give Checkers and the others associated with it a 0 but I am forced to give it a 1 and it doesn’t deserve that!!!

I am giving this 2 stars. One because of ads and, well both are ads. I started playing this and it had like no ads at all almost. Now I try to play this week and ads interrupt my game. Now it gets worst. I can't even play part of a game. As soon as I open the game, it says optime, loads the start ad and takes me to Checkers Store. I know ads help them make money, but with so many ads, not that many people will want to play it.

This is a good this app app. However once a checker becomes a king in a real game the king cannot continue to jump until the next turn. In this game the king can continue to jump across the board. This is a bit frustrating.

I prefer the old version from two weeks ago because the graphics were better and easier to see. These new graphics are less sharp.

I was looking for a tough app that is suitable for my iPad. Found it. When you turn it to high level, you will give yourself a very smart opponent. I believe that the first 100 games provided 100 straight losses on high. My wife did all that she could not to laugh! Hell, you got to laugh at yourself, yes? As I continued I was getting closer to 4/2 and 3/1 which was my short term goal. As I played more the laughing turned to stone as I was determined to beat or at least, tie Checkers. I did start to tie about a month ago and I was elated. This went on for awhile and then I lucked out and won!!!!!! Only took 522 games! I don't win often but I think I'm learning a few things because when I go back an play previous apps, they seem much easier. This is the best app I've seen, by far. Smart little games is another great one but not in Checkers's class as of yet. But I must say I'm only on #3 setting. The problem with SLG is that it's slow. I'm thankful that I was able to find Checkers. Fun Fun Fun!

If you enjoyed this app growing up, you’ll definitely want to get this game. It’s just like the this app you played with as a child. You can play with one player, two players and other options. It’s easy, yet takes some thinking and concentration. It’s really a lot of fun. Good entertainment.

This is a game that can help improve your mind. The computer is a good, challenging player. This may be an old game, but I think it is fun when you have absolutely nothing to do. You can also play this game with other people. So if you don't have a checker board, Checkers is the next best thing.

This is just a simple this app game, but it’s also really fun and easy to use. I can’t tell you how many years I’ve played this game, honestly around 7? When I was younger my parents had this this app game on there phones and it used to keep me and my siblings entertained for hours! Then when I got older I downloaded it on my phone and I still really enjoyed it.
If you are into playing this app tournaments, this game would be great to practice on! I can go on to say how easy the set up is and how it’s easy to get a game started! All you have to do is place your name and if you want a bot or another person. Another thing that is great about this game, is you can change the difficulty of the bot! This could really boost your skill if you are an interested player. You can try new attempts and strategies to see if you can outsmart the player.
I recommend this game to all of you this app lovers! Thank you for taking the time to read this, and keep the good work up!

I’ve had a lot of fun playing this when I was 7 years old. Everyday I would ask my mom to play a match with me to see how much better I’ll get later on. Now I’m 16 years old and I got an amazing skill on this game now. It’s such a fun, old, and never boring game. Thank you so much for who spend their time to make this game, you are really amazing! The board has been a lighter color recently, I don’t like it, it is difficult to read, and see too light, if it doesn’t change I will have to stop playing.
I also don’t like the way the counting keeps cutting off , if the score is 20-8 then it suddenly goes back to 0-0 very often
Frustrating, why does this happen ?

this app is a fun old game. You can set the level of difficulty so you always have the perfect amount of challenge. You can play against the computer or against a live person also on the Internet. I like this simple clean straightforward interface. They don't hit you up asking for money for this or that. I took it off my device for a while because it is a little too fun to play! 😄

by Customer Service Anyone???

I loved Checkers initially but no longer can get online network playing capabilities it tells me I need to be logged into Game Center to play which was never a problem initially as I was and still am but for some reason no longer can access it. I noticed a very high drop off rate from other players when I did have access before and think there is a glitch with their network play but wouldn’t have certainty as they NEVER respond to any customer service help I send them so unprofessional and pathetic. Customer service anyone???

Super accurate compared to regular this app, but this time you won’t be able to cheat! You can either play against somebody in person, or test your skills with your choice of difficulty level against the computer

Suggestion: Maybe you can make it where you’ll be able to play with your friends online so that if they’re not there with you in person, you’ll still be able to play with them online?

Besides that, awesome app, no bugs or problems whatsoever

this app, the name in itself reminds everyone of its brilliance. Set up for two players, it carries its duty flawlessly. Creating a scene for the two players to imagine and play out. Each player starts with a certain amount of circles, the circles in itself defy the laws of physics and gravity. The amount of work in the circles is astonishing, I say this because no one can make a perfect circle. As Pi is known as a number that never ends. The board also carries its duty flawlessly. As you can use Pythagorean’s theorem to calculate how to move your balls to certain places. Making this game great for mathematicians. The animation with the balls moving shows great symbolism in its artwork. It shows how we can move through life as a flowing ball.
