Kids really seem to love the pitch and timbre of the notes it produces. I wish there were a simple "play" button option instead of having to shake it to play. That gets tiring after a while. Nice app though. Thanks!!!

It was slightly unintuitive at first, but with a bit of basic prodding and poking, I am now making my own melodies. I can't explain why it is so fun, but it is! I recommend TingalinÇifteliandLahuta as a bit of a time-waster, as you will find that an hour of your free time has vanished into TingalinÇifteliandLahuta as you try to create the next great melody, all while varying the tuning and strumming speed. All those around you will first look in confusion, and then join you in amazement as they find out how fun Tingalin can be!

Update from review below. It's started working after a restart of the iphone and reinstall of TingalinÇifteliandLahuta . Now that it's working I love it! Love creating music that is strange to Western ears. My grandkids can even make pleasing melodies on it.

For the person who asked how to do playback, you shake the phone to play each stored note. First hit the circular arrow to get to the first note of your song.

My one suggestion now is provide a help screen that explains the various buttons on TingalinÇifteliandLahuta . Also, TingalinÇifteliandLahuta description makes it sound like you have to shake the phone to play the instrument. Not so. Just tap the frets. Slide the fretboard up to reach higher notes. Shaking I'd just for playing back a stored song.

If some of these instructions had been made clearer I would have given a higher rating in my first review.

My wife hates TingalinÇifteliandLahuta! And that's what makes me love it even more. At any random time or place you can catch me rockin out with my crazy air cifteli skills. I have had TingalinÇifteliandLahuta for a couple months now and I can't get enough of it. Worth every $! (or lek) awsome.

It's . I think it's pretty good. But a little expensive for shaking your iPod. Other wise. It needs a more notes. Like E(flat) E(Natural) E(Sharp). Same with all notes. Even a couple more octaves. It would be cool if you could strum FASTER. Lol. Think of it!

This is a great application and the free updates keep making it better! I especially love the new tunning feature! Makes it sound sort of like a setar when you move the slider to the left! Where can I find more melodies?

I'm not very good at it (it's hard for me) but you can just use the ones that come with it and those are very fine therefore TingalinÇifteliandLahuta is very fine. It will be hated by those with bad taste in musing meaning rap, hard metal rock...etc....

TingalinÇifteliandLahuta really amazes me, this was my first iPhone music instrument playing app, and wow you can really learn the instruments and it gets so entertaining easily! Definitely a must have, my nephew loves TingalinÇifteliandLahuta!

I'm a fellow Albanian and I love playing this to my parents. The only thing that could make TingalinÇifteliandLahuta better is if you added some great Albanian songs so it wouldn't me so hard creating tunes. Such artists could be Nikolle Nikprelaj and Grupi Bashimi. Please add that in the next update. :)

It's pretty impressive, works better than I thought. The sounds are pretty easy to put in, and you can play it back by shaking the iPhone (which also lets you control the rhythm). It's been flawless thus far, except that your arm gets a little tired from shaking the phone.

Great application, good sound quality and excellent use of the phones features. Seems complex but very simple to use. I like that I can create my own tunes. When I show it to my friends they instantly fall in love with it! My kids get a kick out of it too! Good job and keep up the good work!

... but TingalinÇifteliandLahuta impressed me. With the exception of the lack of instructions, it was a great experience. The UI was smooth, the features were there. I don't usually do five-star ratings, but here's an app that set out to become a music app, and truly became one.

Overall: If you like music apps, this one is necessary!

Impressive to say the least. I loved the looks I got walking through the store shaking my iphone. People then asked me, hey what's that? When I showed them, those that had iphones took them out and started ordering TingalinÇifteliandLahuta . I'd not be surprised if this sold a million copies soon. TingalinÇifteliandLahuta is the best musical app in the store, Everyone in my family loves it. My grandfather thinks TingalinÇifteliandLahuta is the work of god, and my little cousins can't get enough of it. It's perfact for all ages. Being Albanian myself I know that there are many tunes that can be played on the cifteli, that's why I hope that more can be added in an update. TingalinÇifteliandLahuta could also use a play button for people who don't want to shake their phones around. Another idea is to add the Albanian flute and drum along with the cifteli so you can have your own Albanian folk orcistra in the palm or ur hand
