Hi my android app keeps crashing everything I open the live stream within your app. I've uninstall and reinstalled the app also did a force stop and cleared the data and cache as recommended on your forum but the problem still persists. Please advise on rectifying this issue

App will not open on iPhone - subscription is paid monthly $35. Problem started a few days ago. It is not a connection issue as I have cell and WiFi on iphone
