Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Maruko app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Maruko app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Maruko app on iPhone
Update Maruko app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Maruko iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Maruko on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Maruko network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Maruko not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Maruko app issues:

Force Stop the Maruko App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Maruko app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Maruko to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Maruko App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Maruko app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Maruko.

Fix Maruko unable to contact server/ Maruko internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Maruko » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Maruko » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Maruko on android.
