I signed up with Kale. I claimed a project and posted a video. When I tried to submit the project, I was required to connect Facebook and Instagram, which was the only way to submit the video. Everytime I tried to connect my accounts to Kale, it connected on Facebook, but on Kale, I kept getting the same response of “something went wrong, please try again later”. I’ve tried contacting Kale’s support team. One person responded, provided me with another option to connect with alternate flows on the Kale app. That didn’t work. I contacted customer support again, and I have yet to receive a response. So I posted a video and can’t submit it to Kale, and no one from Kale’s support staff has responded with a solution to the problem.

I was very optimistic about this app and posted my first collab. I got 750 likes and 235 comments. When I saw I got paid only $11, I was shocked and extremely dissapointed. I had worked for 3 hours on my content, and I usually get $150 for that number of engagement. It would not let me cash my money out, so I had to post another video to even get the money.
I wish this app was honest about the payout structure and CLEARLY spelled out the payment structure ex: 100 likes = $1. I feel as though my time has been wasted, and I would have never agreed to pay for such a lowball amount. If you are looking for extra money this could be good for you, but not for serious creators. I hope this app will make changes based on my suggestions.

I have been on kale for the last few months. It did glitch at times and gave me issues but it was quickly fixed with updates. However, yesterday, I received a text from kale saying that my video for the challenge was not accepted. I quickly deleted the video and put up a new video. Now, this morning, I get a message saying my account is banned for deleting kale content.
It was never KALE’s CONTENT because they found it ineligible! My new video for the challenge is still up! I’m still waiting for support to email me back. This whole app is run by bots.
