YouUp iPhone Issues and Solutions

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever YouUp app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix YouUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YouUp app on iPhone
Update YouUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YouUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YouUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YouUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

YouUp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YouUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent YouUp app issues:

Force Stop the YouUp App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click YouUp app. » click "Force Stop".

Update YouUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YouUp App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "YouUp app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch YouUp.

Fix YouUp unable to contact server/ YouUp internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click YouUp » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got YouUp » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch YouUp on android.
