Out of the 20 ish times I’ve tried using AITexttoSpeech , it’s only worked sort of twice. Says “server down” most of the time. The voices are decent from the two that worked, and I’d really like to use the program, I see a lot of potential, but not if it doesn’t work.

It took me a bunch of tries to find a suitable voice, then I had to change the spelling of words to try and get the AI to pronounce it right, then it told me I ran out of tries and had to pay to keep using AITexttoSpeech . Waste of time.

They make you sign up for a free trial which automatically becomes a paid monthly subscription before you can try this. I did that, and then it didn’t work – it says “our servers might be down”, which looking at the other reviews is a problem for other users as well. There’s also a very short text limit, which for a paid service should not be the case, it should be unlimited characters, or at least far more than they provide here.

What a flop right after I signed up for the subscription I can’t even generate one paragraph. I get a message that says system must be down. Try back in 10 minutes. If your products not ready for consumers don’t launch it…the tech industry way too competitive to make your company look ridiculous like that. not prepared to handle the loan? don’t market consumers for a hefty monthly subscription.. you’re not ready you’re just making yourself look bad. what you got 2 game boys wired together for server. don’t have a message that says check back in 10 minutes if you’re not gonna have the issue resolved in 10 minutes, because each time someone checks back, they’re just getting more and more irritated. time is the most precious commodity don’t waste a consumers time.

Servers are not working, asking to wait and try again in 10 minutes, same consistent problem the whole day.

The fact that y’all 5k downloads app be demanding for money before people can use you… makes you all lose idk why you still don’t know that simple logic that the more the free content the bigger the audience, the bigger the audience “the bigger the company and easier to monetize”. So yet again AITexttoSpeech is dope but a big L with marketing

The fact that having ONLY 5 TURNS without pro is stupid. The fact that it was mad e for 4 and over, Why is there a pay? And finally, Make the caps matter. And also the punctuation because when I do THIS! It’s ignoring me. I hope you fix this or else I’m gonna delete this piece of junk.

Has lots of voices but over half are for premium Thames forever to load then when it finally does after 7 minutes it says it for 5 seconds and the words don’t even flow and to top it all off after 3 messages it won’t let me do any more would not recommend deleting AITexttoSpeech after writing this hope this helped

Well i just downloaded few hours ago and it wouldn’t generate a thing. I wish i could add the image here saying the servers might be down , try again in 10 minutes 🤮

My credit card got charged on the “free trial” and then AITexttoSpeech doesn’t work. Constantly says “sever is down. Try again later. “ Total scam. Don’t download!

Their servers are always conveniently down and say to check back every 10 minutes which is nonsense. AITexttoSpeech doesn’t have a trillion people overwhelming its servers. Still have yet to get it to read the text i dropped in it. Also a mysoginist created AITexttoSpeech as there are 9 million dude voices and like 4 female voices. Reevaluate your dumb AI startup scam company.

Can you have a sonic the hedgehog AI voice. Im a big sonic fan and I want to make him say what I want. And don't make it an exclusive Voice. Also, can you make unlimited usage for everyone.

It’s good but I ever since y’all updated it to where you have to pay for it that’s the problem because I made like two voices but that’s it wouldn’t let me make any more funny so voices I have to keep deleting AITexttoSpeech and installing it please fix it

Extremely buggy. Every few minutes it will tell you it’s servers are down which is very frustrating. The vocals are usually not quite right and sometimes it sounds like just a bunch of noises. It has a lot of potential. Just a lot of fixes and bugs to work out.

Got the free trial. AITexttoSpeech worked for about 5 minutes and then the server was down for at least half an hour. Pretty big red flag for me. If that’s my experience in the first few minutes of using AITexttoSpeech , why would I pay full price? Canceled right away.

While it was working, it was pretty smooth. Took some forced spaces in the text to get the voice to read with proper grammar and timing but I feel that’s to be expected.

Because every app has room for improvement. I give an app 5 stars when AITexttoSpeech developers incorporate my suggestions into their app… I see there being a lot of potential for AITexttoSpeech and hope to speak with the developers about my ideas *_^

This does a pretty good job. It is not perfect and it really does not know how to express what is typed. The voices are definitely passible. For the year price it is fair. But no expression and sometimes words are just said wrong. The price being $20 for a year saves it. What it lacks is in the price. Not sure who this is targeted at. Yes for pranks and fun. I could see this used for music production. Not singing but things to chop up and use. I will say if you want voice overs for a book or narrative in general this isn't AITexttoSpeech . This can be a fun app and the price is right!
