Workshop Registration Buggy

I missed out on an event because the app is buggy. Submitted for Foamsmith workshop right when it opened at 8am. Submitted 3 times, once each at 10/30, 15/30 and 27/30 seats taken. Each time it took me back to the “enter your handle” form to submit again. Confirmed with the workshop runners that none of the 3 submittals took. That all happened between 8:00 and 8:01am.
It literally does not open

The app does not even open I got to the first screen allowing notifications and now it crashes everytime no matter how many times I restart my phone
