I used it for a day and then, by owned mistake did not realize that although I removed Voctiv Voctiv remained to work for 2 months after I removed it. I tried working with apple and my service provider to remove what Voctiv at itself up to do but I couldn’t remember the name of Voctiv .

It needs to work a slightly different manner in case something like this happens. It was forwarding doctor calls and it was a nightmare.

I’ve deleted Voctiv but it still takes my calls, I sometime think it allow my phone to ring a few times then goes directly to voicemail without giving me time to answer. Does anyone know how to get rid of Voctiv for good? Apparently, deleting it doesn’t do anything Edit: I’ve already emailed you guys 3 days ago. Can you email me back instead of replying back to the review. Thanks

2nd update: it’s been over a month and no one has gotten back to me about how to delete Voctiv. I’ve emailed support multiple times and tried to schedule a call from your website.. I just want Voctiv removed from my phone.. what is the holdup?

I’m just letting you know, if you think this would be helpful for you to filter your voicemails and have an AI receptionist for your voicemail box, it has essentially ruined my voicemail. I have unsubscribed and done everything I can and a robot is still answer my calls. I have done all I can to stop this because I have actually missed so many family emergency calls, had my calls forwarded to this AI answering service from my supervisor without my phone even ringing, and I cannot get rid of it. If you don’t have to mess around with your voicemail or have another solution just don’t do this

I’m a small business and get tons of calls that I just don’t want to answer, everyone trying to make money off my hard earned customers. Totally unsolicited sales calls. This has given me so much time back it really doesn’t have a price. Voicemail are old school this is helpful because customers interact with it and if they serious about doing business, they’ll most likely book an appointment.
Hope they had quick phone consultations quickly, because that will most certainly be the game changer.

Loved the AI response. It made it easy to hear what callers needed and scheduled on my calendar for me. Got to play around with it for it to answer the way I wanted it to, but was pretty cool!

App works great as intended. All my silenced calls are showing up in Voctiv with full transcript and recording. I wish I could make custom greeting and behavior, the assistant is very nice to spammers.

it helps so much i cant get over how much Voctiv has help because i run a small business and get over 1000 calls a day.

I am still making my decision, but this AI answering service is definitely in my top three choices. It is easy to use and the prices are very reasonable.

Voctiv is ideal for small businesses for a virtual assistant / auto attendant. It works great, the support team has been great at responding questions or issues. It has a lot of potential with Voctiv and I hope they continue to expand. I suggested the availing to customize few things based on business needs. More specific around being able to modify and trailer your own questions and answers. At the moment there are only four default questions to drive the call. All in all great app

This is a truly amazing app. It takes a lot of the busy work out of missing phone calls, and I love the fact that it will schedule appointments for me if I need to call someone back excellent for a small entrepreneur.

I tired another voicemail app for my Business, it was confusing. this app has so far been the best, easy to use, easy to set up, you can link your calendar, it gives full voicemail transcripts. I love it

If you’ve been longing for an ai voicemail app, the wait is over. I get a lot of spam calls for my business, so I don’t answer my calls. In doing so I lose customers. With this ai assistant I no longer miss potential clients and my calendar is always a month out. Thanks to this brilliant way to use ai to my business advantage.

I just started using this app but I already find it incredibly useful. I appreciate that they sinc with my contacts and use callers name.
