Seems hard to use

Like the other folks reviews said, you need to access the lost phone for PhoneTracker to work. I just paid 60 bucks for basically the find my iphone app. Worthless

I purchased PhoneTracker and it is not working the way it is advertised. Tried to contact thru email and got a message the email is inactive. On Facebook the comments are all about trying to get a refund. No one is happy with PhoneTracker . Hopefully they will answer my PM and resolve this, if not I will be contacting the authorities. Apple App Store needs to do a better job of checking these apps out before listing them.

Please don't download this application, they just take the money out of you, but this application is useless. It just asks for your number and you will see your own location and not of the person you are looking for. They don't give you a refund, you have to fight it through Apple.

I changed my mind shortly after downloading this and wanted to cancel my purchase. However, there is no way I can figure out how to do that. I am sorely disappointed on multiple levels.

PhoneTracker is a Scam they use dishonest methods to make you think you will be able to tack somebody and when u pay for it, PhoneTracker does not works as advertised. I asked for a refund and they did not give it back. Not recommended.

Don’t buy it. It’s not easy to use. You can’t even search for the location of your significant other.

Watched this guru on TV being interviewed about how easily it is for our phones to get hacked without being noticed that it has been tampered with so I had to listen attentively to the conversation between him and the interviewer. Tried this to find a family member’s lost phone, which is what it says it will do (“Find a phone by number “) Before you pay, it does not mention that you must have the lost phone in order to install it!
If you don’t have the lost phone, PhoneTracker is useless. If you do have the lost phone, PhoneTracker is still useless, because you don’t need it. Waste of time and money.

I need a refund IMMEDIATELY. I got PhoneTracker to try and find my husbands phone that he lost, so I paid the cheapest option. $4.11 per month. I was gonna cancel it right after. It told me $60 overall per year, but $4.11 PER MONTH. it took $60 out of my bank immediately. And it didn’t even find my husbands phone. Do NOT download.

I purchased PhoneTracker with the premise that it would be 4.99 per month like it said. When ready to purchase, and given 3 options-I chose the first purchasing option of $4.99 per month. Only problem was that when I purchased it it charged the full years worth of $60 ( the yearly amount) I immediately deleted it, like I didn’t even have PhoneTracker more than 5 mins before I looked at the cash app notification (that’s what I used the purchase PhoneTracker ) and realized that I was charged $60- an entire years worth of usage. I immediately went thru the formal refund process of apple customer service at 1AM and was denied. I went thru a review and was told that it was not eligible for a refund. That it doesn’t meet the criteria for a refund. That makes no sense to me. Seems very scammy and the fact that I asked twice for a refund and was told no seems like they thought about the situation and still determined that an app that was misleading in the purchase options had every right to take $60 from my account and no we wound be giving it back. Terrible experience.

You won’t be able to track anyone without their phone in hand. So if you’re trying to track someone they need to consent to it, which means they’re honest and there’s no point buying. SCAM AND A HALF, they do this just to rob you of a quick $7.99. You’re crooked, and I’d like to handle people like you myself - in person. Trust me, you won’t like it.

I subscribed to this because the description claimed that I could find out whether my spouse is cheating by using their number. Once I paid and had access to PhoneTracker , I discovered that the person I would be tracking has to sign up to be part of my circle. Why would a cheating spouse sign up so they can knowingly be tracked? PhoneTracker is useless. It offers the same features as Life360 but gouges on price. Do not purchase!!!!

I lost my phone, so I looked to see if I could locate it, and PhoneTracker said enter number, so I did. Then it says located and tells you to pay before u can see it. I did then it tells me to share it so I can see the location.. I can’t access the phone because it’s lost so I wasted money but I guess they’re happy . Got paid for nothing but a lie

The phone number that I entered was my friends number in the beginning of PhoneTracker . However I couldn’t find where I could track it even when I clicked on devices. Do I have to somehow connect to a phone beforehand to find its location? Or was I supposed to put my number in the beginning?

They make it sound like all you need to do is enter a phone number. I needed to find a lost phone, which obviously could not confirm acceptance, or installation of PhoneTracker . Do not waste your money. Very misleading description.
