New ads??
To preface, I have no problem with the ads. They’re pretty common, yes, but at least some of them are skippable. SOME of them. But there’s a new ad format here. Small video on a grey screen with a bunch of links. You know the ones. These absolutely BRICK the app for me every time. The X in the corner? Completely useless. Whenever one of those ads pops up, I close the app immediately and reopen it with WiFi turned off. The long ads that you can’t skip are bad enough, but these are worse. I’m not deleting the app, just because I like it so much, but I have never been so frustrated with mobile ads in my life.
