Honestly, I think the old version is more stable than ShowingTimeNextGeneration. Sure this version has more features but it constantly logs me out so that I have to quit ShowingTimeNextGeneration and reopen it and it is extremely frustrating to use this buggy app feels like ShowingTimeNextGeneration is there to be a collection point, it’s just usable enough thanks!!!

The chief concern is that the interface is poorly designed. There are multiple sizes of fonts; apparent controls that do nothing (I’m looking at you < next to Dashboard); truncated text on screen on a brand new iPhone; half of the main screen is dedicated to schedule management and a calendar; appointments are labeled Unassigned for some unknown reason; the appointment schedule interface is cluttered and clunky to use; there’s a notification alert (on both versions of ShowingTimeNextGeneration interestingly) that I cannot find anywhere on either app to see what I am supposed to be looking at. In this state, it is a downgrade in ease of use, ease of navigation and overall appearance. ShowingTimeNextGeneration needs beta testing and a lot of refinement to improve. Do better.

Typical of most Zillow acquisitions ShowingTime has taken a step backwards since falling under the Zillow conglomerate. If you want to do a Showing Cart make sure and have your computer with you because you can’t do that from ShowingTimeNextGeneration . You have to schedule those showings or individually. So, you do it from your computer, you can then view those showings from ShowingTimeNextGeneration , right? Sure! As long as you force quit ShowingTimeNextGeneration so that it will sync properly again… All they did was take the old app with all of its problems and give it a new look with those same problems. Typical Zillow. At least they didn’t make it worse like they did with dotloop.

ShowingTimeNextGeneration is legitimately awful. It doesn’t stay logged in, 99% of the time doesn’t even recognize the mls credentials it’s asking for to log in in the first place. Only downloaded because the original app said to, interface looks good but that’s about it.

ShowingTimeNextGeneration can do everything, except schedule an appointment or show you your showing history

My experience was horrible I prefer the old version. It’s not friendly and have missing many options there are in the old version

The old ShowingTime is so much better! This is just awful and very clunky and hard to navigate and change important information such as appointment type is very hard to navigate. This will make showing houses a very bad day when it takes more than twice the time to schedule an appointment. Stay with old app.

The new app is very buggy and almost unusable. Unable to confirm or deny appointments. There is a pink exceptions box that pops up when trying to confirm appts. The old app worked fine and now we have an app that doesn’t work.

The previous version is much faster to use and more user friendly. Developers should’ve made sure that the new app is truly better than ShowingTimeNextGeneration it is replacing. Because this one is by far the worse.

Crashes all the time going back to old version! We need ShowingTimeNextGeneration to work to do our job

ShowingTimeNextGeneration was working well for me, but in recent weeks I cannot get past the screen with the showing time logo. Disappointing, please fix

The design is clunky & unintuitive, trying to leave feedback is a nightmare. Uninstalled it after giving it a fair shot. I’m sticking with the old badly designed app, because this one is even worse.

I used this during the beta and gave feedback but it was not implemented. ShowingTimeNextGeneration has flashy add on features but for just scheduling appointments it does not work as well.

Something simple like the fact that the old app would automatically complete the address once you type in a few letters is missing. This slows down the process and the fact that it autocompleted provided valuable feedback that you were typing the correct address. Now you type the whole thing, hope you don’t misspell then hit the button and hope for a match.

Before the date and time were right there together and easy to see and use. Now you have to click around in various places on the page to set the appointment.

You used to immediately see if it was a go and show or if an appointment was needed. Now you have to click in to find out.

No recents when setting appointments. Want a second showing? Type it all in again when it used to be one click.

There are other little things but I guess the people who write ShowingTimeNextGeneration don’t actually use it and don’t care to listen to feedback.

ShowingTimeNextGeneration makes you log again while you are accessing an open page sometimes. Also, very glitchy when trying to submit feedback. Sometimes I cannot submit.

I love new technology and gave this an honest try, but it’s clunky. Poor design. Not intuitive or user friendly at all. Did not see any improvements with this over the prior version. Would recommend perfecting the product before forcing a release.

ShowingTimeNextGeneration drives me nuts showing notifications. I go in and mark them as read and they don’t go away. Easy to schedule, cancel and/or review properties but this notification thing drives me mad!

I just reverted back to the older showingtime experience. I’m not sure if I’m just used to it, but found I was having some difficulty finding things like messaging agents from within Showingtime.

There’s a few glitches, a little too many options that make it difficult to set up showing. I like the older version much better.

I like the calendar style layout.
My issue is when giving feedback…
The comment box floats off screen and I cannot see what I am typing.

I feel like this new app is heading in the right direction, but the fact it logs me out every single time and seems to always use Safari to actually open ShowingTimeNextGeneration . Really time consuming when I’m at a property with clients and have to keep logging back in or waiting for the internet to load it back up. I would rather use the old app and almost always schedule showings on a computer because of this.

It is often buggy… have to close and reopen.

ShowingTimeNextGeneration is so very helpful, just has a lot of times that I try to do something and it errors out.
On the whole it has all the tools I need, when they work.

I just downloaded ShowingTimeNextGeneration and so far I’m loving the new features. The only issue I’ve run into at this time is when trying to schedule multiple tours together it’s not allowing me to submit the requests. It put them in order perfectly, but it sucked that I still had to request them individually.

When I got a showing request on the old version, it was easy to tap it and confirm or deny. On the new version it is more tricky. Add a tab to the bottom or on the dashboard where we can easily confirm or deny appointments.
