I want to confirm cancellation of my free subscription

Thus far with the two plants that has been submitted and inquired about Plant AI has not been informative or solution driven. The first plant shown, AI advised that consult with a horticulturalist. Now the second plant the advice given is that it is in a pot and surrounded by bottles, nothing relevant to the plant health, the plant is not potted and the “bottles” is actually the barrier used to surround all the plants planted. In other words AI is not seeing bottles. So far not useful and although not pleased to this point I am happy that this is occurring during my trial period. Do better AI.

I have been trying to cancel out of this program since December 10th, 2023. This would have been before my 7 day free trial was up. It’s now December 27, 2023. I see the App is still on and I am still not able to cancel my subscription. Please advise. I also never gave permission to bill anything it renew my subscription. I have followed the directions - to go to the App - there is nothing there for me to press unsubscribe!

When you see the ad for this, it says “FREE”. Now I understand with most free apps, you may have annoying ads, or have to pay for certain aspects of the app. With this one it tells you that after the free trial is over the cost is…. Why not put “Free Trial” instead of free? It’s not a big deal, I deleted the app. If you’re not going to be honest up front, I have no need for the app.
