I only signed up for the free trial. During the free trial the app didn't work correctly & didn't give me the information that I was looking for. I did not receive a notice about the trial coming to an end & that I would be charged on an upcoming day. I am currently NOT WORKING & the money u took was for items that I need for a job that I will be starting next month. I need you to refund my money, just add quickly as you think it. One of my orders for an item for my soon to be job didn't go through because Coinsnap took $30. I would really appreciate it if someone could let me know ASAP WHEN I will receive my money back!! Thx
I wish to cancel my subscriptionm which I was not forewarned you were charging me for. I specifically asked to be given a heads up before you went ahead with any charges. You have not yet replied to my email request to your suggested customer service email address of support@redacted. I f you will not return my money, I at least want confirmation that my account will not go forward to another year where you charge me again without warning. Please respond.

Yes I paid for the subscription to coin snap. I had a iPhone when I got the app. Now I have an Android phone. When I downloaded the app on my Android y'all don't recognize my email anymore so I do not have my subscription to the app on my new phone. Completely wrong on coins that could not be mistaken

With 100% consistently, everything sent to it was completely incorrect. Originally purchased to help identify coins that are in a foreign language, however even common American coins were never once correct. Everything has a 40-50% accuracy, and the same few coins are shown for vastly different examples. I highly doubt this uses any sort of AI and merely randomly selects coins and attributes an accuracy. Save your money and pay a coin dealer who knows what they’re looking at.

I’ve tried 3 times and all of them were wrong by 20 YEARS on the date. And I hate all the premium adds. They always are just annoying me with adds. All of all, I hate this app and never using it again

I downloaded the app and snapped the same coin twice and it gave me two completely different coins and information from the coin I snapped a picture of my coin is Australian and I got results for a Czech coin and a coin from Thailand no similarities at all between my coin and the results
