Worst example of corporate greed I have seen in a while. This game is inherently designed to favor paying players over free players and give them a HUGE leg up over others. You will hardly ever break top 15% as a free player, but as a paying one (specifically one that has spent HUNDREDS), you will have an amazing chance of getting top 100 in competitions.

A recent example of this is the gem track, which is absolutely ridiculous and a spit in the face to free players. 75 gems for ONE SPIN, and 750 for ten is absolutely demoralizing. For sheer context for someone reading who may not know, it is VERY hard to save up gems in this game. You don’t get that many for free a day, and you are essentially forced (if you want to win that is or enjoy the game) to spend your gems everyday. 750 gems is equal to a little less than $10. However, you aren’t guaranteed a good prize (especially with the horrible draw chances), so you WILL have to spend at minimum $50. For one outfit. There are 9 pieces to it, and you have a 2% chance of getting one piece. So, worst case scenario, you pay $90. For. a. single. outfit.

this app doesn’t care about their players, obviously. They just don’t, and it’s apparent more and more each day. They simply “care” about the ones who pay up the fastest.

This game is fun and all but you run into a paywall after a certain amount of playtime. As F2P, after you finish all the chapters you have nothing left to do besides post and the only other main way to get gems is by joining competitions. Even then, you have to pray to god you’re able to get good placements in order to get rewards which is already difficult because the competitions don’t reward creativity, they reward the players who spend $100+ dollars on gacha sets or other expensive items that would take a F2P player a very long time to save up for, just to get all the luxury items that gets the voters attention. See how you end up running in circles here? The rewards F2P players get are merely scraps. The recent gem track is a disaster and straight up disrespectful that not even WHALES want it, that’s how bad it is. The quality of the outfit is not worth it for how much money/gems you put into it, especially when there are no guarantees. A F2P player cannot even try to get everything for free with just the daily rewards by waiting because it is not merely enough and that also doesn’t guarantee they will get any tickets. Greed is slowly seeping in with each event and gacha release, at the very least make the items worth it. If they keep mistreating F2P players like this, which is a very big part of their playerbase, this game will die like other companies have died due to greed.

This game is such a money grabber. For it to be 12+ game and mobile game there should be no reason why one should have to spend almost $100 dollars just to enjoy it. Even if your just using the game gems and coins you earn from doing quests it’s still annoying cause they barely give you enough gems or coins. The Gacha part of the game is also annoying cause they barely give you anything or just give you the same clothes and accessories over and over again even if you use 10 tickets u barely get anything which is clearly done on purpose to make you spend money on the game. There are way more better dress up games i’ve played like shinning nikki and life makeover which have better graphics, more quests, more activities ,and you rarely have to spend money on them plus they also give you a lot of coins and gems . This would actually be a really great game if it was fair and didn’t have its players breaking their bank just to get a small portion of the good items they have on the game . I’ve spent close to $50 or $60 on this game and barely get anything. I’m seriously just tired of giving this game more chances and my money . I also know i’m not the only one who’s complained about this game cause i’ve seen tons of complaints on social and the game reviews. The creators should be ashamed of taking advantage of people and kids playing this game .

I’ll begin this review by saying that I immensely enjoy what this game is at its core, and that I am a p2p player. As a game developer, I completely support ethical means of funding one’s game and adequately compensating its development team.

With that being said, regarding the new shell system: there is no excuse for releasing a set of items that even players who have spent hundreds to thousands of dollars on the game can’t collect in its entirety—not to mention how inaccessible these items are for f2p players. There is also no excuse for locking highly coveted items behind an inherently predatory gambling mechanic (the gacha), which seems every bit as likely to give you an item you don’t own or don’t care about as it is to give you something you actually want.

I think of it like this: even AAA games, which are meant to offer a complete experience and dozens to hundreds of hours of entertainment, typically cost no more than $60. MAYBE you’d spend around $100-$200 on a legacy edition that included real, physical collector’s items. No game on earth is worth the nearly $900 and months of in-game energy that it would take to craft enough items to exchange for everything in the new shell shop. I’d rather just pay up-front for the game itself, rather than pay for microtransactions, so that I can enjoy all of the gorgeous art and fun gameplay that this game might provide if it weren’t so exploitative.

2nd edit: woof, it’s getting worse - they just announced in game that they want people to create original drawings, fan drawings, and copywrite (fan fic writing) for IN GAME gems that equate to about… $4. It’s getting very out of hand.
Edit: until they improve and even out the in game economy, and things like gacha pull odds, there will be real problems with their player retention. Pros: - Beeeeautiful art - Fun concept, easily playable - Lots of design choices Cons: - Far too long wait time for energy to accumulate, this has to change for a more successful game that folks will want to come back to time and again. Also gives us very little to do to add energy - like watch an ad for 30 more every 2-3 hours. It’d be better to watch an add and cut the wait time by percentages or something. - Unclear payment system: there are gems and then there are black gems???? It seems black gems only get you tickets to play in the clothing lottery?? Why? - Unfortunately a lot of Eurocentric features on the dolls - English copy is at times terrible but everything is relatively understandable Mehs: - Competitions are fun but wait times for results are long but not as frustrating as that darn energy problem Others: - It seems like an app that’s just at its beginning stages of development and it is exciting to be a part of the wave of first players.

When you begin the game, it doesn’t give you many options to earn items and currency. You can, but it will be added, and it’s limited. The fashion is good, but you mostly need to pay to get good fashion pieces with diamonds. Again, if you want to get those pieces, you have to pay with money. And what’s annoying is that in the makeup diy, you “can” mix and match makeup items like eyes, lipstick, etc., but if you accidentally confirm you completed the face, you can’t just remove it whenever you like; you have to use a makeup remover. Again, you can pay, but it will take a while to remove a piece of makeup you used only one at a time. I wish you could just mix and match whenever. SuitU will be fun if you use money, but people prefer not to play games. So it’s not free to play. And you need to use energy a lot, like making outfits. And at the same time, use it for story games. And the energy is low. So only if you want to boost your energy. Again, diamonds and some additions. But adds are limited, and you have to use diamonds. And the prizes in the story are not enough, especially with the coins. And the sore items are expensive. And we will have a few options to pick from because most of the good items cost diamonds. If you want to pay to win in this game and love fashion, SuitU is for you. But if you don't, I don’t recommend it if you don’t want to pay to win.

Firstly I think this is probably my favorite mobile game thus far. The characters versatility and look over all is wonderful the whole concept of the game is unfortunately it needs many improvements. Someone mention something about there being no tutorial and I agree that there should be one the just spring you into the game and you kinda just figure it out as you click on things. Also I’ve only been playing this game for about two days and I’ve already spent a lot of cash for a mobile game, the gem cost of items should be lower so when we do purchase gems they last us a reasonable amount of time it feels like I’m buying gems for every outfit almost. And some levels require outfits/items you can basically only get if you have gems which is unfair. And the amount of energy required to tailor outfits is ridiculous you’ll use all 110 of your energies trying to make on item and have to wait half a day before the energy is replenished. Energy should replenish at a faster rate than it does people will begin to lose interest if we’re only able to do one quest per day! Its basically a pay to play game…

Also two of the quest I cannot receive three star ratings on because they won’t allow you to add all of the required items… for example 5 items must be changed but it only allows me to change 3

Great great game super fun to play but YOU NEED TO LOWER YOUR PRICES. It is starting to feel to pay for play and too much pay to win. You need to lower your prices if you want to keep people interested, especially if you don’t have any more quests to give to people for a while it’s hard to earn the currency’s. Even with fashion veiws because for that you have to pay to get most of the stuff too. You need to lower your prices, I think you should be able to exannge coins for gems and
trophies for gems and I think you should make it easier to get gems and if not make items cost less gems. You also need to make it easier to get Aroura shells I have exanged a lot of 4 and 5 star items and I’ve only gotten 100. The goal of this is for players to have fun it’s not fun if they are just saving up non stop to get items and have every single thing they have to be gone once they get the one item they wanted. So please lower your prices. I’m saying this for the sake of all players and your game because it is an amazing game, the art style the competitions everything you just need to lower the prices or it will start to get a really bad rep of being a pay to win game. Look at the comments under your newer posts and you will see that other players think the same thing. PLEASE MAKE THINGS LOWER. Otherwise lovley lovely game.

I’ve been playing this game since May & since then I’ve spent hundreds! & that’s not an exaggeration. I enjoy playing so much, I find super relaxing during my downtime. Unfortunately I have decided I can’t continue playing because of how incredibly expensive the gems (in game currency) are. Sure you don’t HAVE to spend money, but we all know how these apps work… spending money definitely makes things more enjoyable. There’s a monthly subscription you can pay for that gets you 100 gems a day for a month that totals 3k. Very few items cost 100 gems or less so it all goes very quickly. & SuitU doesn’t have holidays sales like most other apps do. My final straw came when pulling from the fashion & make up “Gacha”. I spent thousands of gems in game which translated to an unnecessary amount from my bank account & I never even try the item I wanted. The same group of users win most of the competitions and always end up on weekly leaderboards so it’s nearly impossible for other users to work their way up. & I’m sure the top players are spending hundreds monthly to keep their spots. It’s giving MONEY HUNGRY! But go off this app.
Gacha is GAMBLING!! It’s horrible what they are doing! Make the necessary changes in favor of your users to continue to enjoy the game!

Love love love this game and have played it everyday since I’ve downloaded it!!! That being said— I have to take a day off today because I’m stuck. I have one quest available on level 9, it requires something I do not have the “blueprint” to make and therefore I need to buy it with trophies. I don’t have enough trophies and have hit the limit of buying trophies with gems (max 3x a day) so now I can’t play at all today and have to wait for tomorrow to use more gems to buy more trophies. Then once I get enough trophies I need these FEATHERS… but I can only early feathers three times a day? Sometimes I need like 15 feathers for one thing and I can’t even earn 15 in one day? Plus, there is no other way to get them (buying with gems or earning another way). This puts me out of the game other than coming to earn the feathers for DAYS. My other issue is it takes what seems like over 12 hours to get full energy back… it seems like I never get on and have full energy and when I woke up from sleeping overnight— still not full. I think the game is great but l completely agree with other reviews I’ve read… the trophies are a bit ridiculous…energy has slow accumulation. It seems that developers are aware of these issues and refuse to fix them…

I’ve had this game for almost a year now, and I still find joy playing it. The community is great, and the dress up aspect is so much fun. There are some minor improvements I would like to see though. One of these are more ways to get gems. I call this a minor problem because you can save your gems, but it does take a little while, so more ways to get gems would be amazing. I would also like to see better free clothing for beginners. A lot of the “good items” are limited time, and cost a lot of gems. This makes it harder for beginners to have a fair chance in competitions and player hosted challenges. Although to be fair it is normal for beginners to struggle in all games, I just think that it is becoming especially harder as more clothing and limited items come out. I also wish there was a better way to get the limited gacha sets. All of the gacha sets are so beautiful, but are so hard to get unless you pay a lot of money. Better gacha chances or ways to get tickets would be much appreciated. Small note, this game can get frustrating when you can’t afford to get something, or are struggling in competitions. Other than these few aspects this is an overall amazing game with some wonderful people! 9/10 would recommend!

I love this game and spend a lot of time playing it, but my issue is the fact that the only posts you see on the recommended page are the people who have payed for things in-game. I personally cannot do that and it frustrates me that it also hinders you bc the gems are so expensive and it’s so rare to earn them! You can earn them by watching videos, but it’s rare to get them from that and all the items that costs gems cost so many of them! So when you find a limited set you actually want, you don’t have enough diamonds for them even if it’s discounted! And the Gachas, you don’t get any of the good things from the limited ones unless you buy black gems, which also can give you actual gems, and it’s so frustrating to get the items you’re already getting from the gachas you get everyday from the limited ones you really want. I wish there was a way to earn black gems in the game, so people who can’t pay can still get more gems and buy limited Gacha tickets. That’s all of my negative feedback, bc I really love this game and enjoy styling for it. Those are my only issues, bye!

The game is great and I see it being super popular in the future but there are things that need improvement. The energy system needs the .oat improvement. Energy runs out really fast when you craft and it can be aggravating when it runs out because the crafting requirements can take up most of the energy. Another thing is when paying for energy with gems why does the gem price get higher but not the energy? If I'm using 120 gems (which can be hard to get) why am I only getting 30, for 60 gems sure but 120 for 30 energy is crazy, especially for how fast it runs out. The feed system is amazing, especially the news tab. The black gems are useless and won't serve much. You're better off getting rid of it. The chapters are kinda the same for most of them. It can be annoying doing these chapters if you run out of money which happend to me because I had to buy clothes to complete the chapters. The chat system is weird. I feel like you guys should add clubs and allow videos so we can upload them to our feed. Also, it's hard getting a certain close especially if you can't the item because it is part of a special event or you have no gems or money.

I liked this game for a few months a even Re downloaded it on a different divide recently I’ve started to rank A+ and (S) for my looks but it’s getting exhausting because the game is starting to seem very money hungry and I’ll tell you right now that’s the #1 way to loose your customers. The energy takes way too long and you don’t earn more whenever you level up which is kind of dumb because that’s basically the whole point of energy in most games. Sometimes I feel constantly forced to spend money to buy gems because it’s ridiculously hard to spend gems on items you need and still maintain some most players have less than 1000 gems daily . The gatcha is also annoying it gives you 100 items you already have in order to get one item that you don’t . I really like this game but I think the energy issue is gonna make me back away from it and according to the reviews everyone else is gonna do the same. They don’t even read they’re reviews or fix anything people complain about so I know the game is about about to go downhill soon like all the other ones fun while it lasted though !

This game is literally my favorite thing to do every day. I love the quests and competitions that they give us. This game gives SO much items and different styles. I would absolutely love to see more styles like goth, punk, and indie. But it still gives a lot of things to choose from and a lot of fun things to do with your characters. I’m fairly new and haven’t been able to keep up much, however from what I’ve seen it doesn’t give options for different body types. I’d absolutely love to see more body types for the girls and guys. As well as disabilities, like lost limbs, wheelchairs, and other things like that sense I love recreating my favorite characters from tv shows. Along the line of tv shows, there should be more tv show specials and outfits. I think that would be super fun and cool. Although it’s hard sense there is so many great tv shows and movies. It’s fairly easy to gain gems and other useful items needed to buy some of the stuff. However I think it would be nice to add more options to get gems. Maybe small mini games or just more ads to watch. Other then those small improvements I think this game is absolutely fantastic and I love it so much!!

I’d like to start off by saying that I’ve had this game for almost a year, and it’s one of the only games that’s been able to hold my attention that long. It’s so fun! Collecting clothing items, styling outfits, entering fashion competitions, posting your favorite fits to your profile, it’s all very fun! Don’t listen to the reviews that say “it’s too expensive!” They are just yapping. I would argue that the game is actually more affordable than most. There are PLENTY of ways to acquire gems that don’t involve spending your own money. There are PLENTY of ways to get trophies. Sometimes story chapters take a day or two to complete but that’s because they progress in difficulty the farther in you get. That’s how games tend to work! Even the in app purchase options are usually fairly affordable and great deals! My only criticism would be that the Gacha system is pretty unfairly rigged to make you spend more money. But other than that, the game is great! The customer service is fantastic. The game is updated fairly frequently with new, cute outfits and games. It’s genuinely such a great fashion game. Get it! You won’t regret it!

The clothes are cute, they’re in a more cartoon-type style rather than realistic or hyper-detailed, and the designs are really creative and cool. It seems the game is pretty new so there aren’t a huge number of clothes yet, but they’re adding more at a steady rate. The in-game social media feed feature is really cool, you can dress up your doll and make instagram-type posts. It’s got a simple story concept and stages you pass, usually you’re crafting clothing for the stage. Some of the stages have multiple options you pick for the NPC, it’s one of the features you see a lot in fake ads but they actually use it. Finally, a developer realized they could just use the cool concepts people like in those ads! It’s also got a competition system with the rewards based on ranking, like top 75%, top 50%, etc each gets a prize tier. It’s fun to vote because a lot of the players are quite creative, and they have different styles of posts you make for different competitions, on some you set up a scene and often it has multiple models.

The energy needs to be changed, You waste energy so fast and it honestly makes me want to get rid of the game, i can not continue playing because i have to wait 11 HOURS. for my energy to fill back up just for it all to be wasted on the first mission i do, it’s the crafting. Having to craft using energy is honestly the biggest flaw of this game it uses Way to much energy and i have to craft almost every mission. I have spent so much money on this game trying to skip ahead of the 11 hours it takes to regain all of my energy and honestly if i would’ve known it was like this i wouldn’t have gotten the game, i love designing clothes and styles and going into competitions however i find it unbearable having to wait so long on my energy, in fact i am waiting currently for my energy and i couldn’t even finish my mission i used all of my energy on a mission and it’s still need me to craft more just to finish it, im so close to deleting this game and telling others to delete it too i feel like this is the one this your game needs to improve on everything else is great but i truly wish i could get my money and time back that i have wasted on this game!

I honestly like this game a lot more then I thought I would. I have a few small adjustments that I think would make this game a lot more enjoyable over a longer amount of time. The fist thing is the Black Diamond cost. I don’t mind that they are expensive but I do think you should be able to buy the lower gems at a lower cost. As is it doesn’t make sense to be a 1:1 conversion when the black diamonds are clearly supposed to be more valuable. It would be great to either be able to by the lower gems or a lower cost or have the black diamond cost always include gems like in the first “top up”. My other criticism is that there is nothing to do with doubles of clothing we get. I understand that it’s a gotcha game but there should be a way to use the clothing that you pay for. I think it would be so cool to be able to trade with people or even to be able to craft with them or turn them into crafting materials. Literally anything to make it feel a little more worth the money. With that said I still love the game and really enjoy the clothing and competition aspect. (More clothes are always welcomed but I’m sure that will come in time)

This game is so cool and I recommend it to all there is so many different levels. If you don’t feel like completing a level or lightning tokens, then feed hit the button. so many cool settings login day rewards. If you’re willing to spend money, there is an offer that will blow your mind. you can get 3000 gems for only five dollars. They do spread the amount out and you have to login every day since 30 days. Get your reward you will get 100 gems every day you’re out of coins no worries just hit the store button and 99 gems for a little over 1000 coins, highly recommend recommending this game so fun so many cool different settings. This game is so worth five stars right now for free. That’s right it’s free. You don’t even have to buy any of the pack festival interruptions with DAD if you wanna watch an ad to get stuff all you have to do is press that button also with the fact that I was telling you about you get two free assets every day all right that’s all my time for today. I hope you down this much fun as I've had!!!!!!!! Bye
