I purchased a 3-month subscription when ExpertMedia offered original-language movies and series with Persian subtitles. But suddenly, ExpertMedia has completely changed into a video and photo editor without any notice. Please respect your users and clarify what happened to the previous content and features we paid for.
I have never installed this program on my phone or seen it, but finally I was surprised to find out that it is in my update list, and considering that the manufacturer is Iranian, there is a high probability that it is spying and malware. Please remove it quickly.
The server’s features are good, but the support is weak.
I submitted several tickets because they uploaded the wrong episodes for a specific series, but they completely ignored it and did nothing.
And this happened even though I had purchased a subscription
This is a great app, and I really enjoy using it. However, there are a few areas that could be improved:
1. There should be an indicator marking which movies or episodes of a TV series have been watched. Currently, it's difficult to keep track of the episodes I've seen.
2. The player needs enhancements; having buttons to rewind or fast forward by 15 seconds would be very beneficial.
3. AirPlay support for Apple TV would be an excellent addition.
4. An option to toggle subtitles on or off would also be appreciated.
Great app overall. My only problem is that the subtitles display should be optional, because sometimes I don’t feel like to watch with subtitles.
