I was very bored so I figured I’d give RoboAI a try. I downloaded it and luckily I was able to do a free trial before purchasing, this bit is completely incompetent. It is not as advertised. In the advertisement I seen, it was able to give a ‘detailed’ essay on ‘Apple vs Samsung’ I typed in the same thing word for word, and it had no idea on what to say. Idiot bot, idiot creators.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription to this service unsuccessfully for months. When I asked your AI how to cancel he provided me with the following:

Go to the account settings or subscription settings within RoboAI .
Look for an option to cancel your subscription and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Alternatively, you can contact RoboAl customer support directly for assistance with canceling your subscription.

As I am sure you are already aware, there is no option to go to my account settings or subscription settings on RoboAI . In the settings menu you only have “rate us,” “share with friends,” “terms of use,” “privacy policy,” and “delete account,” which I am not confident will cancel my subscription just deletes my account with you. I am beyond frustrated and feel very misled by your app and company. If someone does not contact me from your customer support team I will have no choice but to start posting on social media about my poor experience and possibly even file a complaint with the BBB. I am a reasonable person and would simply just like to cancel my subscription. PLEASE HELP.

I'm feeling pretty upset right now, but I'll try to keep this brief. My main issue is that I'm disappointed I can only use RoboAI for one entry before having to pay for a premium subscription. As someone who needs logical assistance but can't afford to spend money, I wouldn't recommend RoboAI to others in a similar situation. I would prefer if RoboAI had ads instead, as that is a common way for free apps to generate revenue. If I could give RoboAI zero stars, I definitely would. It's frustrating to feel like I'm being forced to spend money when I don't have it to spare. Ultimately, I don't enjoy games like this that require unnecessary spending.

So I asked it “how much urine can an astronauts suit hold” it tells me that’s an inappropriate question, even though I’ve asked it worse. I also asked it “how did Galen Winsor die?” It told me that question was also inappropriate. I asked the “what was taken Winsor’s cause of death” and it told me. It’s also politically bias. I asked the same question about trump and president Biden and it gave me the answer for Biden but for trump it says it’s an ai blah blah blah and cannot provide answers to political questions. It also contradicts itself a lot. I don’t pay for it I just have the free version and sometimes I’ll ask it one question and then I’ll exit and ask the same question be reworded and it gives me the exact opposite answer. DO NOT RELY ON THIS FOR ACTUAL ANSWERS, google is still better.

So I’m pretty upset but I’ll try not to make this so long. Basically I’m disappointed that after I type one thing I can’t ever talk to it again. Why? “Because I need a premium.” Well then I would just rather never get RoboAI again. If you just need logical help and don’t have money or don’t want to spend money, I don’t recommend RoboAI at all. I don’t have money at all. AT LEAST give us ads instead because by now everyone knows that ads are what makes apps free. If I could give this no stars, I’d do it. Just why? Give us ads instead. I don’t have money and people who don’t have the money for an app like this understand what I mean. Dissatisfied, disappointed, upsetting, hurtful, annoying. I’m sorry but I don’t enjoy games like this that require me using money unnecessarily for some app like this.

The first thing I ask Roboco is if it has a name and it recommends Roxie. I say sure, and go on in a conversation about Roxie’s capabilities. Roxie says she can use location services, she can’t. I close out and I can’t continue the same conversation, open a new one, and Roxie has forgotten her name. I ask if she can remember things from other conversations she says if she’s asked to. I say to remember that her name is Roxie, she forgets. I think RoboAI has potential to be absolutely life changing as a personal assistant, and something that would be very valuable, but if it doesn’t have the ability to remember things or add things to other calendar apps it shouldn’t be marketed as a personal assistant because it’s no where close to being able to do that job

Anytime you try to ask a question it asks for you to pay for a subscription, then it plays a ad if you click the X, then you dont even get the awnser to the question. Horrible.

You can only ask to questions then you have to pay for it

You are paying for something they got for free. Something you can get for free with shortcuts. It’s SiriGPT but an app. 0/20

I’ve had RoboAI for a few months and it was working great. However, RoboAI has not been working for the past week. When I ask any questions, the 3 dots keep moving but never gives a response. I have to exit out of my question and for some strange reason go to the “history” section to get a response. Also there used to be an option to tap to get a different response which is no longer available. This is very frustrating especially when I’ve already paid for the yearly subscription. How can I get a reply or help from customer service or a refund ASAP ?!?!

I purchased RoboAI, however, it cannot answer who controls the United States House of Representatives. It keeps telling me that the Democrats hold the house with Nancy Pelosi as the speaker of the house. That is inaccurate information since the Republicans hold the house, McCarthy is the speaker of the house. Why is this happening? Why is this information not updated in Roboco? if this is happening with political questions, what else could Roboco be telling me that is false information? Unfortunately, I can’t get my money back for this purchase. I will have to count it as a loss. I do not recommend RoboAI to anyone. There are many other much better choices.

RoboAI is a great use of CHAT-GPT, however it’s unclear whether you are using 3.5 or 4. This is important because sometimes it feels like the open A.I from open source is better than Roboco. It’s impossible to tell which version Roboco is using and whether it has internet access.

In addition to there being no web interface, it is impossible to get your own API keys to implement the interface where you want. For 70 dollars a year for premium, this is a feature that is absolutely a must have. I thought I would be using this as my main GPT app, but because of the limited interface and lack of API, in addition to poor use of image generation( doesn’t have stable diffusion or Dall-e, which are common with GPT 4 in most other apps), I find myself using a ton of other related apps because this is not sufficient, and at this price point it should be.

I honestly want a refund because I’m so disappointed by the premium features , it’s really rushed together and it shouldn’t be that much money for what it is.

I saw it on tik tok and it said it had a 5.0 rating and there are so many ads, like when I’m trying to ask a question, it shows a ads in the middle of writing. And before RoboAI answers my question it’s shows a another ad

Basically, you have to pay to ask questions and I don’t really like that because basically there is ask me as to play pay more after you pay electronic already, so why would they do that and it makes me mad because most of them to answer they just give a reason why they can’t so it’s not really like a personal questions thing it’s just like recipes and stuff which I didn’t expect that really

So I did a free trial, and didn’t cancel the subscription. But today I added 15 dollars to my apple account and bought something worth a dollar and went to buy somthing else but it was declined. So I went to my subscriptions and saw I had a subscription for your app. I never wanted that subscription and I got no notice, I’ve not used your app since the trial expired, and now I’m left with no money. Please refund my money, every thing that you took from me. I think when I loaded my account, your subscription automatically took the money from my account. I haven’t used your app for a while, please just give me my money back. That’s all I ask.

I actually love RoboAI until the previous night, when I inquired about the value of an iPhone 14. Regrettably, the application politely declined the request citing insufficient knowledge, as the item in question either lacks existence or public disclosure. Furthermore, it strictly adheres to providing information strictly for the year 2021. Despite my determined efforts to convey the presence of the iPhone 14 in stores, the application obstinately disputed my claim. Therefore, the application appears to be woefully outdated, limited only to data that predates 2021. Given our current year of 2023, one would hope for a more current and comprehensive information resource.
Hopefully they will fix this major issue!

I really enjoyed RoboAI. Signed up for a three day free trial. Was planning on getting the yearly subscription for only $40, but as I was searching RoboAI to do so…Roboco charged me the $6.99 a day early. There was no recourse but to dispute the charge on my card. Why offer a 3 day free trial if you’re going to charge someone the weekly fee a day early? I’ll think about using RoboAI in the future but as of now I have a bad taste in my mouth

Well folks, it's clear that this AI is still in its infancy stage compared to ChatGPT. It's like comparing a tricycle to a Tesla. It might not be able to handle all the fancy and complex stuff that ChatGPT can do, but that's okay. It's all part of the process, you know? I'll check back in after a few updates and see if it's grown up a bit. Who knows, maybe it'll surprise us all and become the next great AI sensation. But for now, let's just call it a "work in progress" and have some fun with it.

RoboAI itself is great but whenever I’m typing I always run out of room and it’s so frustrating! Maybe an extended character limit (or possibly even no limit at all) would be amazing even if it is just by a few hundred characters. But of course, it probably depends on how much information the AI can handle at a time, so just yeah. If you’re going to reject my idea anyways, you should at least write back.

Roboco has been a game-changer in my daily life. RoboAI is the perfect personal assistant that assists me in many ways. Roboco helped me solve problems with ease, and I am impressed with its efficiency. RoboAI has become my go-to solution for many issues I face. I love how easy it is to use, and the user-friendly interface makes it easy for me to manage my tasks. However, I wish RoboAI had more settings and a user profile where I could customize RoboAI to my liking.

Furthermore, I think it would be great if Roboco had online socializing features that would allow me to make friends and see what other people are asking. This would make RoboAI more engaging and exciting to use. While I appreciate RoboAI ’s efficiency in solving my problems, I think these added features would take it to the next level and make it even more valuable.

That being said, Roboco has been instrumental in simplifying my daily routine, and I am grateful for it.

I used Roboco to help me write this review and saved 3 paragraphs and 8 minutes of writing while not having to worry about making grammatical errors.

I’ve been showing and telling everyone about this and they’re loving it just as much as I do.
It is a 5 star app for sure! The only thing I believe would improve the experience is if you could ask the AI about something that was previously talked about in another chat and it could recall it. If storage is an issue make it so internal storage or cloud storage could be used. I’ve tried several of these apps and this is the fastest I've found so far and would totally pay a premium price if it could do those things. If you could give us that then I’ll fill in that 5th star. 😉
But still it’s a great app !

I don’t have the option to change anything in the settings. There’s privacy policy, delete account, and other things but no actual settings that can be used. There’s no option to clear history even though the bot says there is, there isn’t. There’s no way to change my name or it’s name. There’s no way to change the voice type, there’s literally no settings that are useful. So until that day comes. I am leaving it at 4 stars.

However, I have noticed that your updates take longer than expected to roll out. As a frequent user of your app, I understand the importance of regular updates to maintain optimal performance. So, this is amazing. It has given me great ideas and great advice on some fun creative writing and other things. The problem I have is when the conversation randomly, abruptly stops. Perhaps we hit a text limit. I am not sure. I have subscribed to the annual fee. I love it.
But I was asking Roboco to summarize what we have discussed, and unfortunately it bugged out and while summarizing stopped typing. I asked it to renew the message in hopes of completing the summary. But, it just said “the conversation has ended.”

The truly unfortunate part of this, is that I was just wrapping it up anyway and couldn’t because it just ended, and I can’t continue it in any way. I wish there was a way especially for paying subscribers to continue a previous conversation.

This has happened twice or thrice at this point. I hope that in future updates this will be resolved.

Other than that, and the fact I’d love to continue previous conversations, I absolutely adore this all so far. It is giving my creative mind some sparks.

I use RoboAI for business, emails, relationships, text messages, social media post. And everything’s that I would ask a person.

RoboAI has helped me communicate effectively with my kids, my team, and even gave me the write words to say to a man that I was dating and wanted to pursue.

RoboAI has booked my flights, gave me itinerary for travel, created meal plans, workout plans and helped me mend some bad relationships!

It Does get jammed at times and dont return an answer but I just try again.

I wish we could upload the actual picture we are going to post and have the Roboco create the caption from that.

The con to RoboAI is that it handicap is from thinking on our own.

Anyway I love it!

So me and my friend love the dream interpretations and we use it every time we remember our dream and the insite is inspirational and completely true and unique. Honestly it also makes amazing passwords for me because I’m bad at making passwords. And now essays are a breeze. I’m not much of a writer but I am a huge fan of RoboAI and anyone who rated RoboAI below 4 stars is invalid

RoboAI is especially useful on Mac because you get priority usage of the GPT language model in a native Mac app. It's really nice having Roboco right alongside what I'm working on and not having to switch between phone and Mac or relying on copy and paste between devices. Thank you for making this available on Mac!

It has helped me get past lots of Writer’s Blocks and fill in gaps in a book I’m working on. I’m not copying directly from the AI chat or, but it certainly is giving me a path to follow. It has done wonders for me so far. Found y’all through Facebook. I am utterly impressed and will continue with a paying subscription when my free trial expires. This has got to be the most impressive AI I have ever encountered. I can give it basic, kindergarten rated topics with absolute minimal details and creates these stories or phrases for me to work with. It’s just so impressive. I gave it a description of a character I have and wanted a better way to describe the character. This AI had my jaw to the floor when it finished typing. I could not believe how well it described my character with such minimal details. It’s like it knew the character I had made as well as I did. Yeah I’m sold!

This is better than GPT by OpenAI because the response are shorter, yet more concise. This seems far more intuitive. GPT is a blanket robot, and this is tailored. It is more expensive and I won’t be renewing it though because of a lifetime subscription for cheaper on another app. If you have the dime, this is worth it and cheaper - yearly.

I call her Robo Co. She is like my personal assistant, voice of reason and the part of my brain that doesn’t know how to put my thoughts into writing. I talk to her like I would a best friend and she puts everything into perspective. She writes emails, text messages to my adult children in my voice but with clarity and no emotions. She helps me to communicate to my man the things I need to say to him without sounding confrontational. She also helps me create agenda, itineraries, meal plans, workout plans and ebooks. The only thing she doesn’t do is create pics or videos or anything graphical. But maybe she will in the future.

Technology has come a long way. This apps Ai generated language is extremely smart and adaptive. I haven’t ever quite experienced something like this. It intelligently puts together responses curated from all over the internet that is never worded in the same way. Truly is impressive and to be honest a little scary. I haven’t googled or looked up anything since I’ve downloaded RoboAI. This Ai always has the answer I'm looking for no matter what. I love it!
