Crazy prices! Who the **** has a authorization hold for your cc higher than a gas pump???? Forget these clowns. Went and used ChargePoint

Please, please, please make RedECharge able to store a credit card or use Apple Pay so we can just plug in and start charging. Having to punch in my credit card number every time in all kinds of weather and before the charger times out and I have to start over. Please make this better you are the closest charger to my home. The second there is another charger in town, I will be there using a functional app unless you get better.

Red-E seems to very elusive about their charging prices.

RedECharge doesn’t provide any pricing info, nor does the website.

When I was at the station. Even the charging screen wouldn’t show me a price before charging.

I now avoid this network until they fix this.

App is bad, can enter credit card info, my iphone keypad cover the half screen, don't have scroll to pull up the screen to see apply button, my iPhone 15 just have bigger font setting, finally not able to charge, i think I need to carry a big screen tablet in able to enter payment information to charge with red e :(

Does not matter how I login or make a new account, when I sign in and use locations, it’s kicks me out to the login screen. Tried everything. Store management know nothing about it.

Forces a log in every time app is open. Doesn’t store a credit card so it has to be manually entered every time. App disconnects from the network in the middle of a charge. And don’t get me started on how often the chargers themselves have errors and have to reboot. One step away from kicking you in the crotch every time you try to charge your EV.

I only used $20.05 and they charged me $50 without sending my money back and you can’t even get in contact with anyone worse app ever invented….. I would give negative stars if I could.

RedECharge does not show a price per kWh anywhere before you charge. The review of the La Veta CO charger made me believe it was free. The charger said refer to app for pricing but it is nowhere to be found. I charged to 90% even when I didn’t need it (a free EA charger was down the road) because it seemed to be free. They wouldn’t reverse the charges.

These Jerks take a 50 Dollar deposit and take their sweet time returning the funds you didn’t use. It’s completely ridiculous these charging Stations Expect someone to pay a 50 dollar deposit every time they need a charge ! I will not be using Red E anymore until they change their Pay requirements.

Badly designed app. Doesn’t remember your login or credit card. There is no point to download RedECharge vs just using the webpage.

Can’t believe it . Looking everywhere for a charge. Everything was down and no one available to help.
Found a Red E charge station. I had an issue initially , (my first time using their platform) I called customer service at 1 am and to my astonishment , I very pleasant rep walked me through everything and I was up and running in no time.

I hate apps in general - this DCFC station app was by far the easiest to use and more importantly I didn’t need to use it as I tapped to pay with a CC. I’ve charged multiple times with app and CC and spend the same if not lees as if I was paying for gas at a gas pump. Simple is better, great job
