I made a review a while ago (about 5 days ago) about my refund, and you guys just now responded by saying I am 100% guaranteed a refund and that I need to request a refund. I sent in one of those ticket things minutes after I was charged for a refund, and you never replied. It has been almost a week now, so because you never replied during the three days I am entitled to my refund, this is all your fault and I am never using any apps on this specific platform again.

AnyMP3Converter doesn’t work, after downloading it never opened properly. It was just stuck on the first page and the wheel just kept spinning so I uninstalled and re-installed and it did the same thing.

It gives u a free 3 day trial period but no where to cancel it if you don’t want to continue, and it automatically starts charging you $4.99/ week with no way to cancel it! WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER

I thought AnyMP3Converter had a free 3 day trial but that is not the case. I was immediately charged before even being able to check the file to see if the quality was there and to ensure that it actually works. 3 days free means you charge AFTER the trial period, NOT the second someone opts into the trial smh

AnyMP3Converter is not free. You have to buy a subscription to be able to use anything on AnyMP3Converter .

I wanted to try out the premium to see if I liked and was willing to buy it, however it immediately charged me the money. It said you had a 3 day free trial, but it’s just not true.

It looks like you can use AnyMP3Converter free with some features available only with a subscription. Until you realize that the only feature anyone would ever get AnyMP3Converter for: saving an audio file from a video, is one of the locked features. Well what about the free trial? It’s not a free trial. It’s a refund period. Whereas every other app out there sets up the trial period as free the first billing cycle/couple of days, with the subscription set to renew at full price, this company makes you pay, and then submit to Apple for a refund within 3 days. They don’t make that clear so if you look through their reviews, that is the number one response. “Oh we’re sorry for the confusion. You need to submit a refund through Apple within 3 days of purchase”. That’s not a helpful response to those who did purchase, and didn’t know what to do for more than three days. Thank god I deleted AnyMP3Converter as soon as I saw you can’t save the audio file without paying, and didn’t decide to try the trial.

It worked pretty well until it said, “Iphone needs to be upgraded.” I have IOS 17. After that, an ad kept popping up saying that my phone was hacked. But it did work pretty well.

I don’t like that almost everything you can do has to have premium I just want to be able to do it for free. I wanted to make a ringtone but I couldn’t download it cause I needed premium. But the overall app is still kinda good.

AnyMP3Converter itself is great but I bought an yearly subscription for AnyMP3Converter but after the first day it did not show that I would have bought the subscription. I hit restore purchase but it did not do anything.

I want to cancel before my three day trial ends, but no mention of AnyMP3Converter is showing up in my iPhone purchases/aubscriptions.
I can’t find any information on AnyMP3Converter about this. I went to the developer app, but there’s nothing there that mentions AnyMP3Converter. I hope I don’t get charged and have to wait for a refund. Not Cool if so

BC ITS A STRAIGHT UP LIE! I’ve NEVER downloaded AnyMP3Converter before, and like other apps it offers a free 3 day trial period before you buy their weekly service at $2.99! I thought okay cool, I can see if I like it.. then decide to purchase. NOPE THEY CHARGE YOU IMMEDIATELY FOR THE WEEKLY SERVICE ONCE YOU SAY OK! B$! ****************UPDATE********************* I do appreciate that you refunded my money back immediately and your customer service has been very kind. I’m changing my review to a bit higher for that. Thanks.

So it’s a good app. But what they don’t tell you is you can’t make playlists here. AnyMP3Converter is only good for listening to music and converting mp3 files. They have another app that does everything except for converting mp3. But they have ways that you can put mp3 files on there to listen to.

Now to the issue. Finding this out I canceled my subscription and requested a refund. It was in the 3 day time frame to get one. The money went back into my account and I thought it was odd because my refund request was pending still. But I took that as a win and I paid for premium on the other app

Well this morning I opened my bank app to see that they charged me again for this subscription. It still says pending so if the refund comes through and if I can edit this I will.

Like I said good app but you really need their mp3 player app to get the full experience and the refund system is a pain.

AnyMP3Converter is amazing and i am able to turn my videos into mp3, but i am a bit confused on how to save the mp3 to my files. I haven’t got premium yet, but is that how you save the audio to you files? Im not trying to sound like and idiot but i am genuinely confused.
