I’m having my app downloading process declined bc I deleted ur app and declined subscription. I don’t want to pay $5 a week for pdfs. I thought it was $5 a month. I canceled my subscription on the 15th and you billed on the 4th. You got your money. Cancel it before I tell the IRS and CIA ashore you steal document private information and sell it to the White House. #PG45 #CIA #Unitednations #embezzlement

Another misleading app that doesn’t do anything until you pay for it. Nobody wants to sign up for a free trial, this kind of bait and switch needs to be banned. Just say up front, on the product description, what the terms are and let us decide to pass or not. Waste of time.

Forma is a scam. Do not bother using this at all. I had a document that I uploaded, and I tried to edit the new document and I saved everything correctly and then when I went to back out, the document was not edited at all it was still the same. It won’t let me download the document that I edited at all. it’s a awful app. It’s a scam don’t even bother you won’t be able to edit any documents that you want and when it comes to download the document you won’t be able to download it the way that it looked before. It’ll look all pixelated and different. It’s not going to be the same document that you want edit it just know that

Bought it to do some pdf editing , which must be done by converting it to Docx file. It doesn’t convert it properly , rendering it useless. Bought the $20 license because the offering on Forma Store pressures you to. If you opt for a free trial instead of the one time purchase, the price goes up exorbitantly per week.

Horrible not easy to navigate. Can’t even locate the file to open. Only allows photos and immediately after the “feee “ download it wants to join for the year. Bad !

You can not create a document, you have to choose from something in your file. It’s fine if you don’t need to write a new contract.

App constantly closes and when it does nothing is saved. Have to edit a few items at a time then save

All I wanted to do was convert to PDF. Kept resaving as the same file type over and over instead. Wouldn’t even let me edit it.

Annoying to say the least had to get yet another app

I purchased Forma. I imported files from google drive in .docx or even word and then tried exporting as PDF. The export s are not converted to PDF as Forma suggests in does. I even emailed the company and they never got back to me

Download at your own risk! Forma will auto subscribe you and start charging your card even if you delete Forma . Make sure you’re watching your bank account if you download this scam!

I didn’t have access to a computer and needed to redact some pages. Spent $5 for nothing.

Forma somehow overrides your ability to cancel and will force you to at least pay one week before you can cancel. Scam. It’s a really bad feeling. They should not be advertising a free trial.

Update - they contacted me with no resolve. Just trying to get my money back. Forma glitches the cancel screen and will force you to wait to cancel until you’ve paid at least one week.

Forma description says that it is a form filler. It is NOT! Checkboxes do not work! Radio buttons do not work! Combo boxes do not work! Image fields do not work! List boxes do not work! Signature fields do not work! Text boxes do not work! Calling Forma a form filler is absurd. It doesn’t support ANY basic form functions. Forma is essentially worthless. If you need an actual form filler, check out PDF Expert or PDF Pro 4.

I canceled this subscription a month ago and they are still charging me. How are you still able to charge me? I even have a picture showing that I canceled it last month and it is inactive yet I got charged the monthly charge!!

Forma is not intuitive at all. It seems like it from what you see. I had a 12 page doc to sign and initial. A couple pages had about 6-7 places to initial. When trying to place my initials, they would turn upside down, get smaller all with the slightest touch. Why there isn’t a way to make the initials the correct size in the first place? If there is I didn’t see it anywhere. And why would there be an option for it to spin around? Very frustrating.
I also tried to email the document to myself several times but never received them. I tried sending it to different emails just in case. But I never got them. I canceled my service.

I personally don’t see the use in this when you can’t upload files from your phone, which is the PDF saved that are pages I want to merg. You can only upload photos. I need the uploaded files to my phone so unless I misunderstanding, this software is not what I am looking for. Photos are not the same quality as the file.

I downloaded this because it is by Apple, because I am not experienced with computers but I needed to fill out a pdf form my potential employer sent me & I had no idea how to do it. Forma was not straight forward or easy to use if you don t have a lot of computer savvy. Luckily my daughter was able to help me with the forms in the end. Don t bother with Forma - it is not easy to use

After getting a reply from the developer I decided to update my review from its previous 1 star. Apparently there is a free trial I could’ve used and also you can use Forma with basic features for free. I guess I missed this. But usually free trials don’t let you download the document which is the whole reason you needed Forma in the first place. That ends up being a huge waste of time. Not sure if that’s how these guys operate or not.

But after paying for a year subscription I logged in to use Forma . I needed to fill out a form that was sent to me in pdf. I loaded it up easily but when it came to adding text to the document it was clunky. Imagine having to fill out 20 sections of text. For each section you have to attempt to get the cursor click to land in the correct spot which isn’t easy when the cursor is your finger. Then after you type the text you need to click somewhere else then click add text again and then try to select the proper spot for your next typing. It was a bit of a process and it took more time then I expected. But at the end I got the form completed and it was suitably good. So Forma does work well enough. It’s probably better at other things then adding text to a pdf. I wouldn’t know. 3 stars.

I took the paid subscription to edit a pdf document that has couple of sentences already. I was able to add text but not able to edit any existing text, like one does in the word document. Found it not so useful.

I downloaded Forma because people were saying how easy it was to edit a document. I opened up my Windows document, but I’m unable to do any kind of editing. I have an iPhone 12, but it isn’t allowing me to do any kind of editing. What am I doing wrong?

I might be bias because I’m just using Forma for the first time… take that as you will but I believe this is a great app to use for editing pdfs and documentation.

I absolutely LOVE how easy it is to use Forma with my iOS. Sadly, the nature of the documents I need signed would be better if a stylus is able to be used rather than just a finger. Other apps offer this and it’s a great inconvenience that Forma doesn’t—which is why I can’t move forward with paid services. Add that ability and competition will be blown out of the water!!

Still—we can’t deny that this is still THE BEST and worth every penny

I was looking for a app that I can actually write online and I stumbled across Forma. I thought this was gonna be the perfect app, but it kicks me out when I tell it to print document.👹👹👹👹👹 you have to fix that glitch

I asked Forma tool to compose a letter to IRS to waive my tax penalty and to my surprise it was more professional and to the point than what I would have made , AI compose email is indeed time saving feature of Forma

Forma delivers on ALL promises! I’d been searching for a user friendly, affordable, intuitive and SIMPLE app top manage & edit PDFs and had been so frustrated with the available apps in Forma Store until I found this one - hats off to the developers you just made my life a lot easier :) John G

Works without issues, nice looking, quality materials, sturdy even when knocked over … stays closed and locked to animals… easy to clean… my Gracy loves it and comes running when she hears the food dispensing.

It could be better by improving with a go back assistance if someone make a mistake.
If I leave a blank space when editing it doesn’t give me the chance to cover that space.
The rest is fantastic.

I have been using this app for a few weeks and could not be more pleased with Forma. We own a vineyard in Texas and have numerous documents, contracts and forms that require filling in and/or signatures. this app allows me to perform these tasks seamlessly from my iPhone or tablet. Forma is very easy to use and edit; especially if you are not a Tech Savage. Also easy to save documents to your file and share.

Needed a simple and quick way to edit the same PDF file over and over again, this tool was the perfect answer.

It’s been super easy to use without having to get “techy” to just figure out what you want done. I don’t work in an office environment so haven’t used the available or updated software etc like I used to do and it’s not always easy to work with the new ones. Frustrations usually arise from having to reeducate yourself and your just trying to get a simple solution. Forma/program has been the easiest way for me with simple walkthrough options creating easy results you’ve wanted to accomplish! Works great!

Wow! It is wonderful and so easy to use. I don’t often need but will definitely use as needed. I just looked around without being afraid of pushing buttons.

this app has become my favorite helper.
For example, autofilling. No more repetitive typing in docs. THANK GOD! A few taps, and all doc is filled out automatically. It’s a lifesaver when you’re short on time.
Editing tools are varied. You can add stamps, photos, signatures, custom watermarks. I can edit my docs anywhere. Also, there’s cloud sync so I can access files from any device. No laptop needed! I became more productive by speeding up routine actions. Even my boss noticed. Easy interface and useful features make it essential for anyone dealing with paperwork. Highly recommended! Paperwork is easy now and I can focus on more important things.

I needed something fast I could use on my phone to fill out submit a form without printing and scanning it. This was perfect. Free and easy to use.

The features that are free are absolutely a necessity on all phones and the simplicity of Forma is really good. I can fill out documents, change the file types, etc., from my phone. Great app!

I don’t usually write reviews but I thought Forma deserved one. As a college student, it has made my life a little bit easier by turning some of my paperwork into digital files. I love the features and it’s simple to use. I highly recommend this!!!

I'm absolutely thrilled with Forma - it's a total game-changer for me! I love how quickly and easily I can fill out and sign PDFs on the go. The built-in scanner is also super convenient and Forma has a ton of features to make working with PDFs on my iPhone a breeze. Highly recommend!

This is a great app. I had to create a few documents at the last minute. Forma was the only app I found that was not complex and I was able to create, edit and send my documents in time!! Thank you this app!!

This is very easy to use but more the service quality. I was spending time tu unblur a doc on other platforms and then I gave a tried with Forma and fix my thing in minutes!!! 😎
