I decided to try the paid version for a week to see if this is any good. Like most AI apps I put in a description of what I wanted and chose a style. However, there is no button to push or any way to initiate the process. If there is something on the screen that makes this work they’ve made it impossible to locate. Extremely frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t work

I wanted to generate an image with three people in it and specified as I wanted to edit the image! I stated “Woman with white straight hair in a ponytail, long stiletto black nails, pale skin, wearing a black swimsuit. The woman holds her Toddler with black curly hair in pigtails, pale skin, wearing a pink kids swimsuit. A Man with black curly hair, pale skin, wearing a black swimsuit kisses the woman with white hair on the head.” Yet it only generated me one person, or a deformed image of two people! I would not recommend ArtX, it’s absolutely awful, and the Ai is very stupid if it can’t understand when I even put “(3 people)” At the end of my text, and only gave me one person! •_• seriously?

First and foremost, I’ve tried other AI apps, and I know how to write prints to generate proper images. ArtX, does not generate images of any sort of reputable quality . I tried four times and instantly requested a refund and was denied. I guess they needed that $10 more than I did.

Shameful business model, because had I been allowed to at least have a three day trial, I most certainly would not have paid for this. There are better ones out there.

I tri d to get a refund twice, and again denied. I think it’s ridiculous to just take someone’s money who genuinely isn’t satisfied with your product.

After every 2 or so images you make (so like every 10 seconds) there’s a 30 second unskippable ad… unusable unless you pay a subscription. Terrible scummy business practices like a big continue button when you first open ArtX that pops open Apple Pay to sign up for the subscription on accident. Deleted immediately

Paid for the subscription and was so disappointed. - -You only get one image at a time - you can write a 5 word prompt or 10 word prompt and it only picks up on 2-3 words every time - it tells you to select a style but fails to make the image in that style -the upscale takes forever

I read a few reviews and thought ok I’ll give this a shot. Of all the images I’ve transformed they all come back looking as if they were just smeared with a wet paint brush! I can’t believe you’re calling yourselves an ai generator when that’s not what your creating. Do not buy this! I made that mistake. Who do I need to go to to submit a refund??? Absolutely Horrible!!!

I just paid $6.99 for a monthly payment on the 25th of Oct for premium & when I went to use it today on the 28th of Oct it is again asking me for $9.99 to upgrade to premium & not letting me use it until I do.
It isn’t particularly impressive to begin with compared to others. Frankly I wouldn’t use it at all & would prefer to have any charges on it reversed

If the trial material available is an indicator of the finished product, ie filters and generators accessible upon purchase, then ArtX is not very good. Based on my first impression, that is the trial, pro version does not seem like it would be worthwhile.Do not recommend and was wholly unimpressed.

Anything i try to open just closes. It doesnt work. I cant it even get into settings to cancel my subscription. Please refund my money so I dont have to call the bank and have them do a charge back.

Purchased the pro, and found that it does not return images on a par with other AI generators, and seems to only pick up on one text input. For example, when I input “priest with a lizard face standing at a pulpit”, I get the inside of a church that looks like the cover of a bad inspirational pamphlet, and regenerating several times, have only seen the backside of a priest. I regret spending 8.99 for a subscription- canceling this and going back to Dall-e.

It’s a fairly decent app to learn with and can generate some amazing images but don’t make the mistake I did of paying for it. Far too much that it considers NSFW or ‘inappropriate’ and won’t generate. Often more of a headache than it’s worth figuring out ways to get what you want without having it rejected. Not as bad as some apps where they try to throw nsfw content in your face but they go too far to avoid it, especially for features you have to pay for.

It’s a pretty cool concept, but the art generated was definitely not worth sitting through a 30-second ad every single time. And that’s not even the worst part - you can only make five pictures every day if you’re not a paying subscriber. After watching five 30-second ads just to realize I couldn’t make any more, I feel no desire to keep ArtX. There are other AI-generated art apps out there, like the Wombo Dream app, that allow you to make as many pictures as you want without being forced to watch an ad every time. I have no doubt that ArtX has potential, but the ridiculous amount of ads and the five-picture limit has made it basically unusable for me unless I want to pay for it. And I don’t want to pay for something I’m not familiar with, of course, but I barely even had a chance to see what it has to offer before I hit the limit.

I always delete apps with subscriptions no matter how much I like them or not. I will however purchase an app so like for a one time purchase fee. please add this option so I can rate ArtX again and try all of the features it offers. Thanks!

This is actually one of the more competent, higher end ai art tools on the market but apparently that fact doesn’t rid the devs of enough insecurity to make it consumer friendly.

If you can comfortably afford yet another frivolous monthly subscription, congrats, you might get some value out of this. If you can only afford the free version, this is arguably the worst ai art tool (and experience) on the market. You have a limit of 25 free images generated per day, but you also have mandatory 30 second ads after every photo. The amount of time you’ve wasted by just your third photo feels downright hostile. Other Ai art apps will at least let you wait till you finalize one worth keeping to assault you with ads…

TL:DR Very good tool, but not nearly good enough to justify the aggressive monetization. Free users have far better options.

The latest “updates” are more like downgrades! ArtX used to be rated 17+, which meant almost anything went. That’s what got me interested in trying it in the first place. Now… It’s rated 12+ to make it more “kid friendly.” There are plenty of AI art apps like that already. They didn’t need to dumb down their app for that. Now, the only reason I hang onto ArtX is to have conversations with the AI chatbots, the mental health coach in particular. I will delete this review and give them a higher rating only if they restore ArtX to its original rating and cut back on the “prohibited content” words.

This is my first time writing a review so I hope I don't come out as mean. ArtX is my go-to app for AI art. The problem is that the AI just never seems to listen. Like I'd put in a prompt and it'll give me something completely different. Another thing is that it's too sexual. I know that some people like sexual content in AI and that's why it's used but I feel like there should be an option for no NSFW content because when I put it into the negative prompt It doesn't necessarily work. The adds aren't that annoying but they're also too sexual. But other than those 3 cons, there's a lot of pros. Still, I feel like that should try to get fixed. Thank you! <3

ArtX is okay, I can’t create more than one collection to separate artworks, and it doesn’t seem you can add a previously made artwork to a collection, the artwork is good but ArtX doesn’t have very good functionality or ease of use

I installed it, tried to try it and spent about 10-times more time watching ads than trying the software. Unless you plan to subscribe (monthly or annually), don’t bother with this software until a version is released that softens the ad bombardment.

Not bad but for an app that wants you to use it they deliberately set it up to do the most basic things and disallow you to even test out other features without a membership. I understand you are in the business of making money but how do you expect people to desire a membership if you do not give them samples. Not to mention it seams you’ve set it up this way where you can’t enjoy better features out of ArtX without paying for it even though you have ads. If there are ads these features should be paid for. The aspect that it makes it ad free makes sense but denying better features that are paid for by ads in the first place does not. Not all of us can afford to buy memberships for every single app we use you would think you would understand that

I like ArtX but if I want to go back and look at some of my previous work on the previous work tab my screen freezes and ArtX crashes. Not sure what’s going on with that.

I typed in the colors black, white and red and “Japanese Maple” and it produced a green suburban lawn with a Japanese maple in it. Lots of colors outside of black, white and red. Am i doing something wrong?

I love ArtX it works well but the ads are a lot I feel like it would be more fair if ads came like every 5 pictures generated or a least more than 2.
Also sometimes when it fails to generate something it will make you watch an ad all over again. Otherwise I love ArtX and hope it gets more people downloading it.

I’ve had ArtX for nearly a month now as a premium subscription user. The image generation is 95% of my usage and I have a pretty good experience so far. There are some small things that trip the error for prohibited prompts, but there support team on Discord has done a wonderful job on clearing those errors away. I would love to see Lori and seed integration in ArtX to be able to preserve characters but with a detailed description and using their formats provided prioritization of terms I’ve been able to get pretty reliable results.

Usually apps with free versions are watered down, but with this one, yes options are hidden behind a paywall, but even for free there is plenty of fun and mischief you can get up to with the settings available. Super interesting and fun app.

I very rarely ever pay for an application, and with this application, I accidentally hit the pay option. No regrets! ArtX works incredibly well. It would be helpful to know how to better structure prompts instructions with commas, quotes, hyphens or other ways to get more precise output.

Artificial intelligence has come so far! This particular Ai art generator is so fun and cool, I just type a prompt and the ai creates an image in the selected form of art such as oil, pencil, anime, Picasso, abstract, etc. it’s such a cool concept idea and is made even better when you discover all you can do with it.

App was easy to use but I wish the ads were on the side and not after entering the text and creating the picture. I created some really cool images on here. I’ve tried a few of these and this ones a good one

ArtX has cool options to design AI generated art for you, I love giving myself ideas of what I can get it to make next! It gets pretty close to creating if not perfect result each time! Definitely recommend!

This is actually pretty cool to explore. I like that I can sit for hours and come up with creative things to type in and see. Results are pretty accurate and I even had a laugh at some results. All around a great app to kill time and have fun

Hello! Y’all did great job obviously in such a short period of time, but it needs refresh button to recreate the previously ran algorithm and move the create button up top. When I type in the words I can’t create until I press return on Keypad(iPhone) and only then it allows me to see the create button to send it through.

AI is a miracle. Beyond my wildest dreams. And ArtX gives access to it. This is the only quality app that allows unlimited generations in exchange for a 30 second ad. I’m perfectly happy with that. I’ll actually get the monthly when I get my CC fixed with Apple.

I'm a professional artist and use this for graphic design ideas for my art and just for fun. Stlyes are great and "realistic" style especially is so much better than other AI gen art apps. The image rendering speed is comparatively super fast and structure for saving images to folders make it streamlined. Simple to use. No drawbacks at all, frequent updates and staff answer questions. Started as free user but upgraded to PRO which is critical to unlock full power of features and speed. For me the subscription is worth every cent. 1000% satisfied.

This is a must download, and it’s worth the fees for pro. I highly recommend this for everyone! If you do buy this, remember to be very descriptive. The more you describe the object, the better it comes out. It took me a little of time to experiment with it until I figured it out. I have only on ArtX for a few days and I’ve already made over 1000 images and saved probably around 800 or more. I can’t stop creating! It’s my new addiction.

With other apps, it somewhat confusing with the in app purchases, hence my question.
