How to fix RHOR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RHOR app on iPhone
Update RHOR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RHOR iPhone app

To resolve RHOR network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RHOR app issues:

Force Stop the RHOR App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RHOR app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RHOR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RHOR App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RHOR app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RHOR.

Fix RHOR unable to contact server/ RHOR internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RHOR » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RHOR » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RHOR on android.
