Tried to create new account but would not take either of my emails “account already exists “, which is bogus. Click on forgot password, nothing happens!

Had to delete app and start over every time I looked at something different from where I was tracking my runner!!🤦♂️🤦♂️

My husband couldn’t travel with me to the marathon. He was able to follow me perfectly as I went and congratulate me exactly when I crossed the finish line. It meant everything!
