No customer service help Said they would get back to me within two days it’s been three still no reply. Not sure if I buy credits when purchasing something with credits. If I have to do it again do I have to buy more credits for the same thing. Not a lot of information nor live help to better navigate the system.
Have had the 1st generation (white color) device for several years. Was never that great for diagnosis but it would read error codes. Now need to use an iOS device (iPad) so I got the newest version of their software from the Apple Store, but it turns out that OBDeleven only works with the newer next gen obd11 device, not compatible my earlier model.
They should have discontinued gen 1 a lot earlier. I think it’s crazy I could buy an obsolete unit only to be forced to buy gen 2. Went with another option that’s been proven to be stable.
i just made an account and verified my email and now when i try to sign in on OBDeleven it just crashes to my phone's home screen.
Got this scanner after checking that my vehicle (BMW) was supported. But in reality it can only do a very basic diagnostic, there is no One-Click application available, etc. Disappointed.
Had to wait a month because it was on back order. Just received it. Loaded up OBDeleven . OBDeleven needed up dating… and now not supported. Stay away from this!!!
If I would have known I have to buy credits for turning things on like the engine fan I wouldn’t have bought this thing!
What a crock. After spending a ton of money for the device, now I have to spend even more to actually use what is capable of. Ripoff.
I don’t understand why they can’t leave the old version for the owners of previous gen devices. Forced obsolescence. Will never get a new device from this company.
Much less to do than the Volkswagen app, and now all of a sudden my adapter no longer supported, but is next gen??

I should have checked to make sure that this app was able to display emissions check readiness status. It does not. I recommend choosing a different scanner if that matters to you.
come on you really shouldn’t be charging to go back from rainbow to stock. The program. Should be set into the iDrive setting. That’s pretty messed up.
Why isnt the this app V1 compatible with the new app?
I had a terrible experience with OBDeleven. After purchasing credits through their app, they deleted my balance without explanation. When I contacted support, instead of resolving the issue, they were rude and evasive, and even threatened me with a call at mid night from one of their “officers” — completely inappropriate and unprofessional. This company operates like a scam. It takes your money, offers poor support, and then intimidates you when you ask for help. I strongly advise others to avoid OBDeleven at all costs. There are better, more reliable alternatives out there. STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY
