I am Sad about this

- I thought this would be perfect for work! However it has a lot of problems. I do not like that you can only blur out words that are in a straight line. When you click to make your edits it glitches and doesnt work. I paid 20$ for the entire year...And it is usless right now. I would like to see a free moving tool where I can blur or pixelate any area I want. Not just click and it blurs the entire line! Please fix this or give me my money back, I would love to use this tool!
Color selector doesn’t work/

Color selector tool does not detect colors from any of the images I load from my Photos library. It's just stuck on black. The app frequently crashes when loading photos & PDFs too.
Very clean & attractive UI, and the app’s description offers exactly what I’m looking for — but between all the crashing & outright failure to perform its most basic function when attempting to work with Camera Roll images, I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to do with this.
