It says there’s an issue connecting to the servers but my fiancés is fine. This didn’t start happening until now after I updated it to the recent update. It will let me log in but then it’s just stuck on a black loading screen and will pop up an error.

How to fix Poe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Poe app on iPhone
Update Poe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Poe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Poe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Poe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Poe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Poe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Poe App
1. On android, goto Settings » Poe » click [Force Stop]

Update Poe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Poe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Poe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Poe.

Fix Poe unable to contact server/ Poe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Poe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Poe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
