Greedy developers
This game is fun and well designed, but after a couple of cites you have to spend serious money (> $10) to progress, multiple times per city. I finally coughed up the cash, after playing quite a while, hoping that the card I needed would appear naturally (it doesn’t). I was hoping it was a one time charge, like buying the full version of a game, but then it happened again, In the same city for the same amount! This is a simple example of greed.

Makers just want to get cash
I agree with a couple of other reviews. I was really digging after the first couple of levels, but then the third changes completely. Now you have to wait tons of time for resources, you have to pay for hero’s and if you don’t, then you’re game play will barely crawl. You have buy new heroes for things you already have. I may just delete the game. Too bad, because I would have spent some money on this game had they not done something like this.

Fun for a bit before cash grab
The game was fun for exactly 2 cities before suddenly you need to spend $15 on a character pack to continue advancing. Once you would’ve purchased those characters you then need to spend gems - in game $$$ currency - to level up those characters to a high enough level to continue. Save yourself some time and don’t bother
