I have been playing this game since it came out on FrenzyChip store and have “won” every single prize - they claimed that after entering my PayPal, I would get the money in 8 days. Yet after those 8 days, it suddenly said I needed to “collect all 30 fruits” to actually cash out on any of them.
I have emailed support SEVERAL times and not ONCE have I gotten any response. I have read their rules and terms of service, and nowhere does it say that I would need to collect the fruits to cash out - they have it listed as a completely separate prize, which what a coincidence is the biggest and hardest prize to get. I will keep playing to see if I ever manage to get the last two fruits, and if not then I will sue. Lets see how it goes.

This game is a lie! It does not cash out instantly, you have to reach a certain goal to cash out at all. You have to be wait 7 days for your PayPal to be”verified” but all it even asked me for to send the “money I won” to was my email. Honestly this one may be the biggest scam of the “win real money games” there is. Fun to play, but your literally showing ads are that are false advertisement. You don’t portray your game for what it really is. Do better!

I am trying to cash out. It says I need to get 30 fruits to advance the ash out. I have been at 29 for over 24 hours and I have spent a ton of time trying to get to 30. The problem is that fruits are coming through but I'm not getting credit for them. The email for customer service is not working. So at this point I am considering you a scanner and I have Screenshots to prove that the fruit did pass through.

Fun game. But takes a while for a payout and when it gets time to payout you need to collect all the fruits in order to get paid. I’m thinking. I only have 22/30 of the fruits. So we will see.

After playing and waiting the six days, it’s now telling me that I need to collect all the fruits. Even after I have collected all the fruits it’s now telling me that I need to reach a certain amount of coins before I can cash out. This game is ridiculous, if I could give it 0 stars if I could.

You have to get 30 fruits for the payout to hit cash app or PayPal. Mine has been stuck at 28 for a while. It feels to me FrenzyChip is a waste of time, I can’t tell you if it’s real winnings since I haven’t actually received payment from this gambling app.

I’m having the same problem as everyone else I have probably cat tried to cash out close to $2000 already and I’ve gotten all the fruits that I’m supposed to get but it still won’t register more than 29 fruits that’s crazy and they say that you didn’t they ask me if I want to cash out at times and I tried to cash out they say you have to wait 5 to 7 or 7 to 14 days whatever nothing ever comes I never get anything PayPal cash app or even in the mail nothing no contact no no way to complain nothing it’s a lie!

This game is fun to play but it is clearly false advertisement.they tell u u can cashout to ur paypal or cashapp once u reach the required prize amounts.then u have to wait 7 days to cash out.once the 7 days are up they come with the u have to collect 30 fruits in order receive ur money.i dont think they gonna pay up.ive gotten 4 different prizes.$300,$1200,$800,$2000 n i got 29 outta 30 fruit.im gonna get the bbb involved if i dont get my money.

I have the same thing to say as a lot of you …at reaching 800 dollars I cashed out it said it would take 6 days and would be on my PayPal I waited yesterday10/18/2022 it was down to minutes and it said when time was up it would go right to my PayPal but like the people on these reviews say it was lies .now it is saying I have to have 30 fruit to cash out I have 29 and I think when you get to this point it gives you every fruit but the ones you need . It’s terrible that we trust games apps that lie and do wrong by other people

It is obviously a scam game. As I’ve worked my way up with my balance I’ve taken screenshots every day so if there ever is a class action lawsuit I have documentation and they owe me close to $16,000.
