Hotel Frenzy Reviews

I was really excited to try out this game but I can’t get it to open. It loads to 7.5% and then sits at that number until you see a wheel spin. After that spins for a minute, it goes back to the beginning screen picture but there’s nothing for you to press like a play button.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, restarting my phone, even restarting my router, though so knew that wouldn’t work because everything else on my phone works. I even installed another Hotel game this company offers and it too wouldn’t load or open. Once it actually works, maybe I can enjoy it and review the actual game.

UPDATE:
I received a response giving me the spiel about the game being challenging but that’s not the issue here because I’ve used all three power ups and had the auto room clean and refresh patience to use at the same time, and several times it was on the speed level. Either the game is cheating or there’s a glitch because there always either not enough customers coming, or not enough customers requesting food or not enough customers getting gifts or going to the fortune teller. ALWAYS! AND It is always within 30 coins of the goal that I fall short. For two weeks straight! I am not an idiot. This is not working! And I don’t get enough diamonds to get power ups because I’m stuck and why would I purchase them with real money if the ones I received for free didn’t work.

This is a fun game but there are obviously many glitches. My game has stopped earning stars to get to next levels. I’ve reached out to support 3 times (each time taking 3-4 days for a response) When I do get a response, it’s like they didn’t even read my message. They simply ask “What can I help you with”. I tell them the problem again and 3-4 days later get another message back “What can I help you with” My guess is that they don’t have a fix for the glitch but instead of being straight up, they hope you just go away eventually. I don’t usually write reviews, but this is what their tactics got them- a bad rating!

It’s a fun game when you get to the higher levels. The first levels are so boring it’s a joke and by the time you make it to the fun, fast paced & challenging levels you have to basically pay to play or wait days before you can move forward. You have to accumulate enough gems etc., to buy an upgrade that can take 12 hours. Gimme a break. Truth is the game simply isn’t fun enough to spend any money on it. I wanted to just play the game, not the waiting game or the pay to play game but the actual game. Thankfully there’s lots of other fun games out there.

The levels on this game are super cute but there’s so many ads! It gives you the option to watch ads for free coins but it has so many pop up ads for no reason.

I would open HotelFrenzy and an ad would play and you can’t skip it. I would complete a level and pick a new feature to design in the lobby and then after another level it would just start an ad and have me pick another feature even though I already completed it. This game could be really fun but I want to play a game, not sit and watch ads.

This game is fun, and at first I was happy with my purchase. But eventually the glitch of kicking me out got worse. It happened before and after I did levels. And then I couldn’t press anything, because if I did, it would kick me out again. Now I am just in the game for one second before it kicks me out. The glitch made this game basically impossible to play. I couldn’t do a single thing, and it made me mad! I deleted the game! I don’t think the developers even care about the people who play the games they make. I do not recommend this hotel game, there are better ones out there.

So I just wrote a review a few minutes ago but here’s another one 😭 one other thing I don’t like about this game is how it somethings seems impossible to beat the levels that require me to get a certain amount of coins usually over 1000 without having to use the double coins booster. I can’t always use the double coins booster because I don’t always have a double coins booster and this isn’t worth paying for anything because after a while it starts to get boring if you don’t buy what you need to defeat the levels. Please fix some of the things I mentioned. They aren’t difficult fixes so please put in some effort to make this game a little bit better

I really like the game but I do not like that I have to use diamonds for so much and when I clear a level it will me plus so many diamonds but does not add it in to my total bucket it put it in a bank that I can not find and I’m pretty sure when I find it I have to pay to get them all out it cost diamonds to upgrade everything even the missions they add you to upgrade the house it’s really annoying and I think I will delete this soon I am spending too much to really enjoy the game I would rather just watch the ads and get my upgraded things

I love this game but there’s definitely some flaws. I have over 180,000 coins and I should be able to trade some of the coins for diamonds or something.. the coins just going up but there’s not enough diamonds to upgrade the hotel and things. The ads are ridiculous. Especially when I have a boost the adds don’t go away!! All together it’s a good game just wish these things would change a little bit

So, I saw the ad for this game and it looked really cool, so, I tried it. It has been a rly fun experience until I got to the second building on level 12. I have lost this level 5 times, and cannot seem to get past it without a power-up. I will not always have a power up to use to beat a level, and these levels will only get harder. I am requesting you to make some of the levels easier to make the level more enjoyable. Ty!

LOVE it just I am just a kid 👧🏼 and it’s getting harder my hands can’t move that fast✋my fingers are tiny and it’s actually getting harder for me and I am pretty much starting to get tired of moving my hands a lot I actually like the game but it’s just my hands are starting to hurt for moving them too much and now my thumb is hurting so like if you could can you like add more levels and like put slower levels cause my hands are hurting???

I find the game a good pass time! It’s fun, relaxing, and just something nice to do while In the car or something, I only have one small problem with the game though, the lack of diamonds you can get is really frustrating, I completely understand the need to make profit but sometimes It can be annoying when I have 10x amount of coins I need for a upgrade but I don’t even have 1 diamond, other than that I really suggest the game! The ad ratio isn’t horrible and overall exactly how the ads show :)

This game is pretty fun and easy especially during down time before bed. The ads are also reasonable and not in your face.

My main source of frustration while playing, is how slow Tom is and I just wish I could fire him. Tom is as useless as a pig for a team mate. Having him as another playable character just muddies the task. I think Coco could handle it all without him.

I am now currently at the third hotel, and it’s kind of annoying that I can only line up 9 tasks for Coco, so I usually end up missing what a customer needs or something.

This game is fun and I liked playing it, but after the 2nd hotel it costs way too many gems to upgrade and then that upgrade only helps you through one or two levels before you need to upgrade again. So you end up watching sooo many ads to get gems. I also would go back to the previous hotel to beat more levels to get the “presents” with gems, but after doing that for awhile, I couldn’t even beat a level with a fully upgraded hotel, doing all tasks on green, and assigning customers to their preferred room. Ridiculous!

I’ve been enjoying this game every day for quite a while until yesterday. Yesterday while I was playing for a while I had to stop for a few minutes and when I was downloading it it continued to stop downloading at 55.1% … well, it’s a new day and I was hoping it was fixed and it is still not working. I was at the “space” level and got frustrated and deleted HotelFrenzy . I enjoyed the game so much BUT I hate to start all over again. I’m hoping you can correct this problem and start me back at the space level with the 500+ “gems” I had. PLEASE HELP. Thanks

Sooo, I have Covid. During the hour or so I’m awake I play apps on my iPad. I saw the ad for this game and I just had to try it because it reminds me of an extremely similar, that was a hotel time management game. I used to play it on my iPad first generation. However, this similar, updated version is so fun. It’s engaging, so far no glitches, and despite the ads and pop ups for in-app purchases, I love this game. It keeps me busy when I am awake, and keeps my mind off of being sick. I only took one star away because it forces you to use up your stars to decorate the room to move-on. I like to build up stars and then decorate all at once. Not possible in this game, but none-the-less, I can still advance to the next level without having to be forced to make any app purchases. That’s a sign of an honest app creator, and perfect for me.

I’ve been playing a lot of hotel management games in the past year and this is the only one I’m still playing. It not only has a large number of hotels available now, it’s also updated frequently with new hotels. Typically, the next new hotel will open within a week or two of finishing the previous hotel.

My only complaint is the No-reward ads. I get that a game like this uses ads to make revenue, but until recently, there were always rewards for every ad. Recently, ads were added that just show up, either when you’re loading the game or when you finish a level. I’ve even finished a level and chosen NOT to watch the ad that doubles rewards only to have the game show me an ad that I receive no reward for. If the developers would eliminate the No-reward ads, I’d give the game five stars.

This is a fun game and all, but there are many flaws. Some of them are that that are too many ad offers and purchase offers being shown, as in after every level. And when it comes to decorating the room, there is usually just this really good choice that you need to watch an ad for and it’s just annoying. In general, there are a many ads. My question is, that in the levels, why wouldn’t you be able to accept other needs before the one in the front? All in all, this is a nice game, but it frequently frustrates me. As a final note, please know that this game is not like the advertisement where you add up the total and hand them their key and there is no VIP room; I kind of started playing this game because of the given advertisement for it, but now I see that it’s just not the same-why do so many games do this?? However, this game is really fun in many ways; I like that there are hotel features and upgrades and also you can get hotel branches, which is cool. The room decoration options are nice and suitable for the room and I enjoy doing it.

i'm 14 n i love home maker games (especially since i aspire to be an interior designer when i'm older) and i love how this game doesn't require you to do the usual "sugar rush" type of gameplay . i downloaded this like 4 hours ago and i'm already on level 20 which rlly surprising for me since it's hard for me to stick to a game 🤦🏽‍♀️ but this game is really fun and u don't get ads unless it's to unlock a furniture item, which isn't necessary since u can pretty much work with what u got . GREAT WORK DEVELOPERS I BEEN LOOKING FOR A GAME LIKE THIS AND THIS ONE IS JUS PERFECTT ❤️❤️🫶

My game has not updated to the newest version and the rooms that you decorate using stars can’t even be seen. I’m placing furniture in a room but can’t see where it’s sitting, it’s blurry.
Also the double speed button that’s supposed to make your upgrades one faster is on moving a minute at a time.

I really like playing this game, but I can’t do anything without the game freezing, crashing, and completely closing me out. There’s an island hotel that I should be able to open and renovate, but it crashes every single time I try to open it thus making my collecting of seashells (the island’s currency) pointless. I click the game simply to open and play it and it crashes. I do this 4-5 times in a row before I just give up. Whatever is causing the game to do this, please fix it. I can’t even play a game that I actually want to play.

Ok. So I started playing this. It was fun but I can’t figure out why I have over 30,000 coins and I can’t upgrade anything. Why have the coins? SMH. Gems. Well can’t get those except if you pay. I would possibly pay if there was an incentive. I can’t figure it out. I think this one is going to the garbage. Back to my Match games. I have played this non stop for 3 days now. I have upgraded all the reception. Finished the room. Oh well I tried it

Good actual game play but I cannot pass the level I’m currently on without spending money. Gems take FOREVER to accumulate, so it took me a long time, but I am on the fourth hotel now and I have all the upgrades. Even when I play the level PERFECTLY (no late orders, everyone in the right rooms, etc) I still do not make enough coins to beat the level. You’re just forcing people to pay money to beat a level and that’s really lame.

I really like so many things about this game but you need upgrades and boosts to get very far and the upgrades take absolutely forever and while you can earn boosts there not enough to keep you going for long. You have to have gems to do upgrades and get more boosts but you don’t earn very many so this game just turns into a money game if you want to keep going. It’s great if you just have a bunch of time and money to waste, deleting!

I love this game ! But I hate how it doesn’t always gives me every customer coins, likes or the happy faces ! It will make me lose a life 🥲sometimes I’ll use upgrades to help me beat a level but seeing that my credits don’t app up sometimes is frustrating. it needs to be updated so it can recognize each credit. I’ll change my review once I see it’s been updated ☺️

I LOVED this game. But when it wasn’t so stressful. Lately,there has been a lot more customers and they get angry REALLY fast. And when I tap the magic broom, I use it. Then on the next one the guy says I can use it but I need to PAY real money for it. Then I get scammed because one time I didn’t even get the broom. So please fix it so that I can be happy playing again. Thank you so much 🥰

I love this game. It’s very fun and I love the design of it. But, after only a few weeks of playing it I’ve already finished the game. Now I’m just waiting for another hotel to be unlocked, which doesn’t seems like it will happen anytime soon. Just wish they put a little more into making the game last.

The gems are way to hard to obtain and make levels really difficult, even the ones that are not considered ‘difficult’! You should make gems easier to get because a lot of things in the game cost A LOT of gems. I like challenges but not almost impossible ones. However I think the design and game itself are good. That’s why I give a 4/5 star review.

I really like this game BUT… it seems every time I win diamonds they aren’t added to me. I have lost so many diamonds I’ve won because of that. It seems as though they want you to purchase diamonds instead of giving you the ones you win. I would’ve given 5 stars hadn’t not been for that. You might want to look into that. Good game!

It would be nice to be able to upgrade the speed of the characters (Coco and Tom). I know that there are jet packs and what not but those are so hard to come by. Being able to upgrade (without paying $$), the characters would make things a little easier to achieve at some times.

Confused....it says level 41 locked. Please decorate to open level. I can’t decorate because I don’t have any stars. I can’t get more stars without completing levels. Levels are locked till I decorate. Loved them game till this happened. Help!

I downloaded this game from an add in another game and I found it interesting! So I downloaded it, and...I haven’t gotten bored from it! I’ve been playing it SO MUCH these days, it’s just worth playing! :)
In the first level it’s easy it introduces you and right now, I think I’m at level 11, rn but idk, but as you go it gets harder but for me it doesn’t stop me, and once I succeed a level I get SO happy!! :)
It’s worth playing, and I recommend it to u guys :)
