LetterQuest is FAKE I wanted to play this game bc I wanted money bot it made me pay 10 dollars and now I can’t make a withdrawal

The only problem is that not all words are recognized

I love the challenge of word games, keeps my brain moving lol. My only issues so far are that in the occasional case of the game freezing while trying to submit my score, it ends up being an aborted game and an automatic loss to any challenger. Also, I have so many games waiting for challengers and some never get “picked up”, but overall I am hooked.

A fast paced word search game that you play against an opponent. I’d give six stars but I’m not sure how long it takes for someone who doesn’t make a purchase to win cash money.
However, it‘s totally fun to see if you can beat an opponent.😄

I don’t play for money but overall I like the competition and it’s fun - I think it would be better if you could “find” words backwards. Like if you start on the h and go htiw it should still count as “with” you know? Anyways still really like it

1. The lower case Ls are very easy to mistake for lower case Is, and vice versa. Happens to me all the time. Replace the lower case letters with upper case letters.

2. The tiles are VERY small when rendered on an iPhone. That causes two issues. First, if you are using your finger rather than a stylus, which I assume most people are, it’s harder than it should be to trace the path of a word without clipping other letters. Second, when tracing a word with your finger, your finger covers up surrounding letters, making it hard to spot potential suffixes at the end of words (s, er, ed, ing, etc) because your finger is mostly covering the tiles surrounding the last letter you have traced to. Of course if you plan out the entire word before you start your tracing you can avoid that. But my gameplay suggests you need to be constantly making words to post winning scores, meaning winning gameplay requires flowing from short word to short word and hoping to extend when you get to the end of it rather than planning longer words.

Seems like larger tiles would solve these issues. You repopulate tiles when they are spent down, so it’s not like players will run out of tiles if you start with fewer, larger tiles.

3. Extend the time for cash games. What you’ve got now (one minute?) seems to short.

4. Bigger points for larger words. I’ve experimented and the points you get for longer words (6 letters or more) doesn’t offset the time it takes to find those words among the tiny letters and then trace them out. I understand there is a balance you need to strike (reward big words too much and you invite people to punch a chunk of your grid into online word finders to return big words). But what you’re offering now is a race to pump out as many three or four letter words as you can. Up the length multiplier so that finding larger words is a viable strategy as well.

I don't know if this game needs more players or if it's a Skillz platform issue or both, but it's really not that fun or exciting to have your money hang in the balance while you wait for opponents for days on end, especially when there are daily challenges like "win 3 Pro games today." I might if any of my games ever went off pending!

Fun game, but I wouldn't play this for cash again. Might as well go play SpellTower instead

Was waiting for an app like this after pathwords was taken off Facebook. The letters are too small - they can make it a bit big
