I am so completely livid about this update. When I was looking for a new horse game to play back at the beginning of March 2023 because I didn’t currently have a computer to play SSO, I downloaded SE. I saw HRT in StarEquestrian Store and didn’t even consider it BECAUSE OF THE PEGASUS! Over the past 10 months I have willingly given Foxie ventures several thousand dollars. I was supporting a new game, helping to make a game I loved even better. There were updates I didn’t agree with, that I was vocal about, but I adjusted. When the trailer for the Pegasi and the absolute mess of a PvP type race came out (seriously, what is that trash?) came out I was the biggest proponent of that update not happening. I proclaimed loudly that this would cause me to delete the game. Well it happened. You finally released the update that caused me to delete the game. You made the colors depressingly dull, the market changes are plain dumb. I’m saying good bye to my over 340 horses. You won’t get another dime of money from me or another moment of my in game time. The majority of us didn’t want another HRT. Game has been deleted. I will only return if something serious changes, like the removal of Pegasi and the return of silver key horses. I’ve been enjoying SSO much more than SE the past couple weeks anyways, and I have a laptop again so I’m no longer limited to mobile games.

this game WAS fun and you could grind a cozy horse game. it was fair and you had an abundance of rewards and prizes for leveling and doing quests. they stopped updating for months and when they started updating again it started to look like a different game, their other game “horse riding trails” which is a fantasy horse game bombarded with advertisements and is built for you to spend your money in order to have fun. i guess they’ve ruined it beyond repair now so they’re bringing their schemes into the game they had that was actually fun and fresh. gems are now everything in star equestrian, you can’t get horses with silver keys that were rewarded to you anymore. leaving you to grind hours until you can afford a horse or tempted to buy gems. with buying gems comes thousands of “star points” which gets you high on the leaderboard in your club. people spend 100’s of dollars weekly just to get high on the leaderboard making the point system unfair unless somebody in your club is dumb enough to spend hundreds. instead of updating the storyline or fixing the 100 page essay of bugs and glitches this game has, they have added 3000 gem PETS which are useless. players have been waiting 7 months for a new storyline update . instead they’ve been ignoring emails and making things expensive . no developers have spoken out or listened , they do not care . i do not recommend investing in this game

This game was really soooooooo good! When I got it, I immediately fell in love with it. Later in the game it did get pretty annoying that everything was so hard to get, and I noticed that I could only stay in the basic areas. I wish I could explore more and be able expand my barn easier. I did also notice that everything few minutes, the game would cut out. The glitches have gotten worse and worse, happening much more frequently. Without any glitches, it would be amazing, and I think the makers deserve some serious credit! However, I haven’t even been able to get into the game recently due to glitches ever few seconds. Now, I can’t even get in which is really annoying. Plz fix the glitches, because the potential is incredible. I originally gave this game three stars, but now it deserves two because no matter what I do, the glitches always happen. I really wish you guys could focus a bit more on regular problems before trying to make the game better. I like what I’m seeing in the updates in App Store, but I haven’t yet gotten to experience them so that was a major disappointment. Please, please, please, read this and do what you can to fix the glitches! Focus less on making the name better, and more on improving your glitches. What good does it do to play the game when it doesn’t even start? Ask yourself this question and fix it!

My daughter and I have both been completing tasks that earn gems. The popup will come up that you earned gems, but the gems are not adding to our totals. We have both witnessed this countless times, very frustrated, because both of us should have had enough for TWO horses priced at 2000 gems at this point. On top of this, there have been more than a few times we have gone out of the game and back in, and our gems actually DECREASED.
Both of us are also missing earned coins, we will do a task that earns coins but they will not add to the total, making it impossible to do anything with our ranches. So, we really can’t do much in the game anymore because we don’t have good horses. There are also issues when feeding, our horses’ stats are not going up sometimes during feeding, even though we are not at max level for each stat yet.
It’s really a shame, because we both really love to play this game together and there are so many wonderful and fun things about it, but it makes it hard to enjoy when you are not getting what you earned in the game and then not being able to progress or buy horses.

The games concept is EXCELLENT, HOWEVER, it has gotten VERY repetitive really quickly. There are only so many times you can gather the SAME items for the SAME side quest before it becomes ridiculously redundant. I was really hoping for a new area to explore in this latest update but ALL I seem to have gained is a game I can’t even stay logged into for more that 30 seconds. The prices for purchases are extremely high which I MIGHT consider buying IF there were some benefits. The fact that I haven’t even been able to play for the last couple of days is so frustrating and you do not even have a support link in the game. Do you KNOW people are going to need help and just not care? Let me make it clear that a game I enjoy and can progress in, I GLADLY invest in. But I need a return for that purchase, like an advance in the game or a faster/stronger horse.. really disappointing
Edit: I hesitated in sending this, I had hoped it would improve, but no.. here we are Months later and I still have my game freeze and then kick me out after only a minute or so of play. Extremely disappointed in what I had thought would replace my other ‘horsey’ games.

Hi I am writing another review I am worried that you have not seen my review or any reviews from anyone for that matter. Are you aware your game you made has so many glitches? The glitches are way more insane since the update! I can’t get on the game anymore! I just can’t! Every time I get on It just kicks me out before I can do anything! Today though It let me on the game just a little longer so I checked out my club and I guess I got kicked! Because of the glitches I have no club! I LOVED my club and now I can’t contact the president or join again even if I join again I will just get kicked again! REMOVE THE GLITCHES NOW!!!!!!!!!!!
Another thing. Do you really want to be rich that Badly? Seriously 50$ for VIP? like why?! 50 DOLLARS? just why? Do people seriously have to spend 50$ on Bronco and Pegasi! Another thing. There are adults on the game which make me uncomfortable. Like kids and adults playing with each other on a KIDS game where they don’t know each other! It makes me very uncomfortable being around Adults. One more thing people report each other for. NO REASON! people get banned for NO REASON!

Please take this to heart! I please remove the glitches! Thank you

I recently started this game and there are great reviews so I thought I would be easy to start. During the time when you meet your 1st horse snowdrop, I glitched as I was about to go to the vacation and it ended up taking me to the very beginning of the game. I reset my Wi-Fi to see if that was the problem. When I went back on I cleared the snowdrop taming so I moved on to the next part which is riding snowdrop. I tried this so many times but each time that I got to the yellow daisies I crashed again. I did the same thing but it didn’t work until the next day. By the way I started this in the morning so the full day was pretty frustrating. And when I got to the part where you get a new horse I crashed right when you check out the shop. This happened for a while until i did the Wi-Fi trick again and I got on the right track. When I got to the time where you have to find where snowdrop is I crash every time I exit the shop where it takes you every time you enter the game. So I don’t recommend this game to anyone who gets frustrated very easily. This game is not the best the hair choices in the beginning for girls are horrible and the brown looks red so the quality of the game over all is horrible.

So I’ve been having problems with this game not that i don’t think this game is an amazing game. I have played it for about one hour and then it crashes. I have been trying to restart it and it has not been working for a while. I have no clue what to do about it because it’s just one of those things that I don’t know if it’s able to fix. No negativity towards the game at all. I just want to try to get this bug fixed if that’s possible. And I have been reading some of the other comments on mobile players to and it seems that they have the same exact problem that I do and I just really want to get this problem fixed because I’m sure there’s a ton of mobile players that are looking for a brand new equestrian/equine horse game, where they can participate in show, jumping, dressage and competitions and take care of the horses as much as I would love to do to be able to do that. This bug is just stopping me to be able to play this game which I would love. once again, no negativity towards the game. I would just love if the creators could somehow fix this Bug if you’re not able to It’s not a huge deal. Thank you! Day 24 of asking the creators to fix this bug too!!

So, I downloaded the game about a year ago, and at first, it was super fun. Engaging story, good graphics, mechanics that are easy to get used to…the game was pretty good. You don’t need a fancy horse to get by in the game, and you used to be able to obtain horses via silver keys, which weren’t behind a paywall. Then I finished the main and side quests, got all the ribbons…and instantly, the game was boring. Once you complete the story, there’s absolutely nothing to do. Now this can be okay, take Star Stable for example. But my main issue with this game is that there have been NO story updates in the past year. With SSO, there’s new things to do every week, and you can still grind for unlockable items. In SE, however, there’s nothing. All the updates are cash grabs. New fancy horses behind a paywall, excessively priced breeding and pets, VIP…all money grabs. Name one update in the past year, and it’ll probably be a money grab. This is super disappointing. I loved the game when I had something to do. Now I’ve burnt myself out from playing the same things over and over and over again. And I’ve spent a fair bit on this game, and it isn’t worth it. The developers need to focus less on draining its players’ money and more on actually giving the game life. It’s gotten to a point where almost every feature in the game is behind a paywall.

I know this game is in the process of still being articulated but let me say y’all got it, if u wanted a good open world horse game with lots to do this is it! Not the bugs are a major issue address this immediately please! And they horses are a little too hard to get and things are just too expensive either give me more ways to make money and gems besides competitions or make things cheaper. I have been re-doing the same competition over and over just so I can get the amount of money I need to upgrade my house. I makes me unlike certain things like jumping bc I have to do it so much to earn money also, I think you should make the game adaptable to long-term players I would like to keep this game in my inventory, but a lot of people are already maxed out in are complaining bc there’s nothing left they can do, I be able to play this game for a whileeeee especially if I plan on spending money on it. I appreciate everything y’all have done for this game we love it just please focus on the bugs and so on!!! In the upcoming update.

I’ll give your guy’s game a 4 out 5, why you ask? Because I have no idea what is GOING ON IN THIS GAME! So it first started out has like my first time riding a horse.( and I’ve been playing horse games since I was three so ofc I did alright) and then it said that I some how slipped off the horse and in to the dirty grounds. Because it some how rained even though when I got on the horse it wasn’t raining and so yeah 👍 and then it said snow or something like that ran away somewhere in the village. So ofc I had to go on the way over to complete task and those tasks gave me clues to where to find snowy, or snow (I can remember I haven’t played this game in almost a year) so yeah if I were you I’d probably not get this game it was a lot of hard work and so many clues it takes like months just to find a random horse that I didn’t even choose or want. So yeah the graphics aren’t too bad but try to play other great horse games instead I fell in love with this other horse forgot what it was call just type in horse games and it will pop up on the very top it has great graphics and it’s mostly breeding your horses and racing with them it will make more sense once you play well I’m off! I really love this game but… I have some problems or a big problem. A problem big enough so I can’t even play the game.
It all started a few months ago when I downloaded the game I got in… played the intro. By the first week it was my favorite game ❤️. Until I logged on one day. I was about to finish a quest unlocking a new area to explore and do quest in when my game crashed. I thought it was a one time problem and didn’t t think much about so I rebooted the game and logged on and closed the game ad. It crashed again 🫥 This time I got on changed some filters maybe a few settings. It worked for about 5 seconds longer. I don’t know if this is just me or some other people but I hope it’s just me because it’s a great game… well planned out and not boring. Please fix my problem it got worse enough that I can’t even log in. I wish to play this game more but I can’t really I try again from time to time but it never works please fix this. 🥺

this is the best game that I like to play. It’s super fun you get to compete, but there’s one thing that I hate in this game when I go on the cross country courses. Like 60% of the time I do it. The circles that make you time the jump just right they’re impossible to get right because they only go from red to yellow to and it’s so fast that you can’t even see the green and it’s basically impossible to jump on the yellow circle and the one that I was doing the rapid river run I was in the river and then the white line that’s supposed to guide you disappeared and so I wouldn’t know where to go so I went somewhere to sides to see where it went and it was like you traveled too far from the path and so and immediately ended the race and it was like race unsuccessful or something and then when I did find the white line and I made all of the jumps it still said race unsuccessful because I didn’t of the jumps on the green or the yellow circles because it went from red to green to yellow to red super fast and again I couldn’t even see the green circle cause it changed so fast it’s just unbelievable so if you play this game, beware that might happen

I am the biggest fan of a Canadian show that made history books for how long it ran. It is right now working on season 18. Some of you may know it. It is called heartland. It is about a girl named Amy Fleming, whose mother died in a major accident trying to save a horse named Spartan. Amy keeps the horse. In honor of her mother. Anyways, it is the best show in the world in this game has so many things that remind me of heartland there are literally no changes I could make except for one there’s some places that you’re not allowed to go until you pass certain levels. I have been almost everywhere that I’m allowed to go in the game and I’m getting tired of the scenery beautiful and it is so fun to explore. I noticed tiny little things that are different. Other than those tiny little things this game is the best game I’ve ever played. I will never delete it, and I hope all of my friends. Play it encourage you to get this game. It is for free and it is super fun. You can make your character and you have your own story in your own ranch. I love this game I hope you do too.

This game is great! A few recommendations but thats all.
First off, try having the chat with a human moderator, it will help when the game grows and more people come, including those who do not have horse related or good intentions.
Next, i would say lower the VIP price a bit, take SSO (Star Stable Online) for instance, the VIP feature is around 70$, and players are quite angry. Its so overpriced that few are willing to purchase it, and the game looses money. If it was lowered, more people would purchase and they would get the same amount of money. Same thing with in game currency.
And lastly i would say, this is essential, to listen to the community and take in their feedback, thoughts, and concerns. Your community is the number one thing keeping this game going, meaning the input from them is needed to keep players and grow your player base. Surveys, and social media posts that have a reply feature are best. Keeping in contact and updating your community is important. Make sure they like and approve of updates, atleast the majority. Dont let the player base run the game, but dont ignore them. Anyway, thank you! Keep up the good work! Have a good day/night! 。★彡

I love this game and the whole map is realistic along with the way you interact with people and horses, very descriptive and detailed, just started playing but it’s good. I gave this game a five star rating because these really little things that I’d like for you to fix, and they aren’t major! This game is a great game and is very entertaining and enjoyable and nearly everything is a really reasonable price, I don’t recommend changing the horses at all! They are all really pretty and have stunning designs even though some of them are unrealistic, the quests get harder along the way but to be honest I don’t mind as they simply pretty cool, but about the quests after awhile it stops showing you where the quests are located and that’s really hard! So maybe you could just keep that the whole time, cause I have no clue where I’m going sometimes when I go on quest and it takes me a concerning amount of time to get their! And a few bugs that I want to point out, it kicks me sometimes for like no reason! Please respond to these concerns.

This game is really fun but it has a ton of glitches, I understand the game pretty much just came out, but I want these bugs to be noticed. On my first few quests it was pretty glitch free but then almost every quest after that it would not give me directions, since I wasn’t as used to the game I had to search the whole town to find my quest.
Another glitched I noticed is during the wood collecting mission when I was collecting wood, it didn’t count it towards my quest. I collected 3 pieces of wood but it said I was still at 0.
When I finished the 3rd cross country race, it froze and wasn’t showing me my score, I had to restart the whole race.
The last thing I wanted to point out is that at the start of a cross country course, it forces me to stay at a trot for a few seconds before going into a canter. I don’t know if this is a glitch, or if this is how the game was supposed to be, but that’s just something I noticed.
Besides those few bugs, this game is amazing for being so new! It is the best free horse game I have found so far, I used to play star stable but then I found this game and immediately switched, hope you found this review helpful.

Ok, so where do I even begin! This game is totally awesome it never glitches and it’s entertaining. I have another horse game just like this and it’s not as good as this one! Not by 1,000,000 miles!!! This game has country and town space to ride around in there’s no levels to people who hate games that include you doing different levels. Some areas are locked but honestly it doesn’t bother me at all bc I have a lot of space to move around in already! So, let’s get into the details and characters. So the graphics are amazing they look real you get to swim in water which in a big step bc most games like that ignore those little details the characters are very neat and have good quality and graphics! So if ur curious about more of this game or just want something new from other boring games pls pls download this game!! Its awesome 👏 I mean like some people may have other opinions and ideas about what needs improvement and what they don’t like, but in all seriousness this game is definitely worth downloading! 😁 One extra thing! Anyone having problems with this game it’s prob ur phone bc I have the 13 and it works perfectly fine for me, so I would check ur phone before blaming glitches on someone else. 🫤

I love this game so much but then I stop playing it for a long time and then every time I would get in no later then 2mins later I glitched me out to the point where I had to delete it and then redownload it but other then that minor issue the game is so fun love the characters and the graphics are amazing. Ok so I can’t even go into heartside because every time I go into heartside it glitches me right back out so I have to stay in the country side all the time. And I wish I would get more diamonds so I can get more horses because I only have 2. And when I completed a task it said I would get a silver key but it never gave me a silver key. But other than that I love this game so much to the point where I will literally blow up because I love this game the tasks are so fun and characters are awesome along with the graphics I love this game so much. But I have one request from you guys and I’m asking if you guys maybe could do something about that glitch bug please.😍🤩🙂❤️👍🏻

Hey girls and boys ( so I love this game so so much I am obsessed with it and sadly I wanted to say it want let me buy any horses and when I try it loads and then shuts my whole iPhone down and I was so confused why it did that but you know still a good game even the hoofs or the running sound and music is just perfect but I would love more sounds and I really love the game so so much I love it so much 💕💕but I started crying honestly idk why I was so emotional but I logged into the game and all my friends were deleted and all my horses not even one was there ): and I was gonna say please fix this problem for me also I really love the horses realistic backing up moving but please fix this it a really bad fix 😐 how when I clicked something it said watch an ad to get so I did and the ad was so sexually inappropriate it was nasty it showed a girl with big boobs and no close and said worlds best looks okay am saying it was nasty okay and I have a sister who’s younger then me really younger like only 9 years old who asked me if I would download this game for her because it has a password and monitor on it and I download it for her after a few weeks she said was a you know what something we don’t talk about and a man and I said what are you talking about and yep it was an ad on here that showed it please fix this issue please 😭😭 it’s very depressing to see on a little kids tablet
