It is difficult to find “manage your subscription “. I want to terminate my subscription. I am being charged for something that is useless for me
Cancel free trial- not what I needed
User interface doesn’t help for cancellation, no way to figure it out
Particularly unuseful. Phone has to be right under the mouth of the person for the program to work. I am trying to cancel it and I can’t seem to figure out how to do it.
Tried the free trial and Translator just stopped working before the free trial was even over. Then I found out that money from my account was being deducted for a subscription from Translator that didn’t even work & I wasn’t even using.
I got Translator to translate text on photos and it does translate text accurately or sometimes not at all.
Don’t waste your money on Translator. Google translate will do a much better job and it’s Free!
Did not download or pay for Translator but found it hidden along with the real this app app. It works great for seeing hidden links and urls Int texts and pictures of any kind as that's another function it does with hidden OBJct types.
I was trying to translate Japanese text from a book I have. The first picture it translated as R. I took a second picture of a word I already knew to see if it would work and it almost worked but it was spelt all weird. Glad I did the trial and won’t have to pay for that.
Photo translate does not work. App not user friendly. Can not unsubscribe in Translator .

App should translate Chinese, but when using image to text translation. The majority of the text isn’t recognized.

Zero (0) rating applied, since I am unable to use app after cancelling free 3 day trial. Although it is written in black and white, I have been locked out of Translator and I am continually being redirected to Translator store; I can use Translator only when I restart the 3 day free trial.
This is quite misleading and disappointing.
I have not been able to see the full potential of Translator this bait and switch attitude.

Translator does not work. I’ve been waiting for over 5 minutes for it to translate English into the selected language, Hindi, and it is not doing anything.

I’ve been waiting to get something like this for a long time because I have Spanish-speaking people where I work and we have no way of communicating. The voice communicator is not user-friendly and there are no instructions on really how to use it. It’s trial and error every time. I would not recommend Translator unless they get out a manual of instructions.
Great at translating phrases and scribing the phrase in the language spoken. But unable to copy and paste it in anywhere.
Every other touch makes a pop up asking “are you enjoying speak&translate” made it hard to do anything until I left a review
The translation features on Translator are the best I’ve used in any translation app and it’s the least broken one I’ve found.
It’s unfortunate then that Translator is completely deceptive about it’s offline use. It purports to let you download languages to use when you are not connected to WiFi or cellular data, which is true. However, if you are unconnected, you are frequently logged out of your subscription and must connect to the Internet in order to restore the services. The need to log in every 5 or 10 minutes when you’re unconnected completely vitiates the purpose of downloading languages. If you have to be connected to the Internet to use the service anyway, one might as well just use a free service like Google Translate.
