Where do I begin, no customer service they have a number but good luck getting to talk to someone it goes straight to voicemail it’s a joke… the app is so hard to use in order to do anything you have to email them and wait a day for simple tasks… if a player plays 1 second and comes out you’re screwed because they count that compared to prize picks and pretty much any other app that will give you a time limit that if your player plays under you get your bet back or it becomes a push… good luck trying to find all the specific rules they are hidden for a reason, overtime is apparently not considered second half scoring when in most apps it is … the parlay board is not updated as early as all the other apps so you just have to keep checking for them to update it prize picks has people on there the night before most of the time… the app is just hard to navigate and the rules are ridiculous… my girlfriend had to order a new card at one point and she does some sports betting as well on different sports than and she had made a deposit with my card at one point and they froze her account and made it the biggest deal ever that she used my card not even connected to the same account as mine a whole different card then my account is connected to… they just act like a cheap betting service that needs the money and will do anything to make it easier for them and not you… I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

So I used the promo they matched my $100. I had $200 in the account at that point. I played all the money and ended up with a ending balance with bets won of $330. I asked for a withdrawal but it took 4 days for it to come out of pending because they wanted a copy of my ID which I didn’t even know that's was the reason why it was pending. I only got the information once I contacted support about why it’s taking so long. Then they have a weird way of paying you. First they “refund” your initial deposit of $100 back. Then there’s a separate deposit of the difference owed to you the deposit into your account which in my have was $230. So I got my $230 but instead of the separate $100 “refund” they withdrew another $100 from my account. I immediately contacted support I’ve emailed them 5 times no response. The phone number they have goes to voicemail and disconnects after 2 min waiting on the call. Terrible business practice please don’t use this app. It’s not worth the trouble when withdrawing. Plus I think it’s illegal what they did I may not get the $200 back they now owe me. Will take further action if I still receive no response.
