I am having the same issue with a similar reviewer. Shows I have well over amount of coins for next chapter but on chapter pages says I don’t have enough and won’t unlock. I have asked for help and no one has gotten back to me to help. If I can’t read a book I want I would like a refund as well.

I was reading and I got to chapter 11 , it wouldn’t let me continue unless I purchased coins and vouchers so I did, but now it is saying that I don’t have any when I go to read. But it says in my wallet that I have my purchased coins and vouchers. Then I go to read and the book is missing. So I don’t know how to proceed.

This is not my favorite app at all. Poor writing, spelling, grammar and punctuation with no way to offer feedback on any aspect of the book. You can't review the whole book or parts of it, or even put comments where there are errors. So the only way to review it, since they apparently don't want feedback on individual books, is to review EasyNovel as a whole.

Painfull to read stories found here. Choppy writing without flow. Constantly repeated sentences and phrases. Absolutely no idea of what grammar and punctuation actually is. I've seen better writing from my dyslexic daughter when she was in middle school.

Absolutely loved EasyNovel at first but now it won’t let you read and make any progress. You can view the book but it won’t allow you to claim the coins for any progress you read throughout the day! Please fix!

Need vouchers to read every single chapter… cost way less to buy a book than use EasyNovel. They change the amount of vouchers you need for each chapter and most chapters are less than 10 pages. I have never seen a more ridiculous app ever. Plus the books are unedited with terrible typos and grammar mistakes. As an example it cost 9.99 for 100 vouchers. Most chapters cost 12-15 vouchers. You can read less than 80 pages for $9.99. An absolute utter rip off. Download a real book of kindle and don’t even bother with this!

I can’t see the details or description of the books, nothing loads correctly. I’m afraid to spend money on it cause my “free” coins never show up as the right amount. Was advertising as free and is anything but. EasyNovel is highly expensive for a by chapter ready app. The book I’m interested in would cost me over 100 to finish. At least if it is lying about the number of chapters, I can’t tell cause it’s user interface is broken.

I spent more then enough to read a books they offered. Purchased coins and vouchers however both were used at the same time instead of just one. Chapters are short but cost 10-12 coins per chapter. You should be able to just buy the whole book for $10 or less. Someone is making a crap ton of money off of this site with no ability for the readers to actually enjoy a whole book. Also if you look at the reviews, there’s 3/4 of the same exact review but with different names. Way to go to this company for posting bogus reviews. Also there’s no way to actually get ahold of anyone.

The amount of money you have to spend just to read one book is ridiculous. $50 later and I have even finished the book I started reading. Going back to my unlimited kindle subscription

And I love how I close EasyNovel out and come back and it sends me back a chapter & recharges me to unlock the chapter I was on when I stopped reading ! So frustrating!

Like most apps you have to purchase vouchers/coins. I get it, but while it shows up in the “wallet” nothing appears while reading the book. Even after patiently waiting hours then days. Still nothing. Waste of time getting into a book and a giant waste of money. Will be filling complaint to get my money back.

I only got as far as making my first purchase before I stopped using it because my purchase went through but I never received the coins. It’s been hours since I did the purchase and I’ve closed and re opened EasyNovel but nothing. The cheapest option was $20 which is ridiculous. The stories seemed good, there are too many chapters but other than that, it seemed like I would enjoy the stories but not when I make purchases without getting the coins.

The novel is good but it will cost me more than a regular book if I keep reading it. I’d prefer just paying for a whole book instead of it being pieced out to me by chapters.

The books are great. I enjoy reading them. What I don’t particularly enjoy is that on a daily basis, it shows you can watch ten ads to earn further coins. However, on a good random day, I can only watch two ads. Every other time I click to watch an ad for the bonus coins, it either doesn’t register or it says no ads available at this time. I’d like to see that updated and fixed, please, otherwise, it’s just too frustrating to continuing my attempts in vain.

It was working fine for me before but last night I went and top up so I can unlock the next chapter to the book I was reading but it wouldn’t let me. I try it on the other book as well but still doesn’t work. At this point I am considering refunding my coins what’s the point of keeping it when I can’t even use it. At this point I don’t have any way of fixing this.

I was doing just fine with EasyNovel was checking in and getting my points but lately it’s not letting me check in at all I’ve tried u installing EasyNovel and reinstalling it but still same thing can you plz fix

So I’m attempting to read “Sweet Despair”. Well I made it to chapter 17 and of course it was where you have to have coins and vouchers to unlock it. Well I bought enough and they’re even showing up on my profile so I know they’re there. I did this LAST NIGHT and when I try to unlock the chapter it says that I don’t have any coins or vouchers. I’m so invested in this book but I can’t keep buying coins and vouchers to unlock it. I don’t know if this story is on another app but if this problem is not fixed I’ll be looking for it on another app.

The time rate they give doesn’t seem to work. It stays on 5 minutes for half an hour.
I really like the stories they have here. Not sure if I will keep this book app.

Like this story so far, but there's to many misunderstandings

Its a very beautiful and astronising app...but in the middle we need to purchase coins to read further n its nt available in our country and becoz of that i can't even finish up my novel... now m stuck in between so wat can i do?? Can i get rid of it??? i really love EasyNovel n i feel the need to read more...so can u help me to download this chapter...may be directly through mobile data...??

I am enjoying the stories I have been reading on this app. I just wish I could afford to buy the the tickets to continue reading but I have to wait. Either way it is worth the waiting for. I really like the stories on EasyNovel. Especially the “Spoiled by her” book. So I paid for the subscription to read unlimited pages. It’s now asking me to pay for more coins or too up. I don’t understand why I’m paying for a subscription if it’s asking me to top up to read next chapter. I feel I’m being scammed here. If this is a mistake on EasyNovel ? Please fix this?!
