Doesn’t work can’t download games

I subscribed to be able to play gta 5 and it keeps telling me to change browser to goggle which I’ve used for the rest of my life and it doesn’t work and I can’t access any game a huge scam if they don’t have free trail they know why because what is shown on advertisements doesn’t work what does work is your credit card going through successfully
