The game is fun to start and definitely has potential but the inner of ads makes it unplayable. I get that devs need to make money on their games and I am all for watching ads to get power ups, bonuses, or time speedups and this game offers that. It then forces you to watch ads to be able to progress your expansion which I will forgive but then it goes and randomly forces ads what seems like every minute or so with no benefit. Then after it makes you watch an ad it gives a pop up that says you can get rid of ads with a $9.99 per week subscription. The money grabbing of this game destroys it.

Bought the year subscription for $130. As soon as the purchase went through I had nothing but issues. Game wouldn’t load, never got the perks for the subscription. Deleted game and redownloaded and clicked “restore” from the options tab. Nothing, let it sit for an hour and never loaded anything. Have sent multiple emails through the “contact us” button and haven’t heard anything back. Basically took my money and ran. Crap customer service. Will not be recommending to anyone and will continue to reach out in hopes of getting issue resolved. Very disappointed

It takes a lot for me to get this annoyed because of ads but this did it. Ads play at the bottom of the screen (the kind that play noise even if you’re phone is on silent) and muting every time gets annoying because they cycle through so fast.
Plus the ads to get “bonuses.”
I don’t know how they get away with it honestly.
It was cool for an idle game, having the little interactions, but the ads weren’t worth it. I deleted in less than 10 minutes.

Alright here’s my review I usually don’t review games but this game I decided to download it because I was bored whatver I thought it was a game I’d delete after 5 minutes or so because of ads or any other bugs. But the game is fine it’s okay it’s a good tycoon game to pass time but honestly here are some issues with this game. It has too many ads they pop up randomly. And then at the bottom has ads replaying non stop. It’s annoying and really frustrating. I think the game is great but honestly I can’t really enjoy it with the constant ads. And I will not be paying 9.99 for ads removal to get scammed off, like I’ve read other people’s reviews on it saying it still gave them ads. Honestly the game is good but all these issues just don’t really make the game the best. In quality. Fix your game.

I paid the $9.99 to remove the ads, yet I’m still presented with ads!! I tried contacting support via email, and the message failed to send. Also went to your support page to submit the issue and the fields don’t allow you to type text into it. Please fix or refund my $9.99. Thank you!!

Update: the developers of this game are the worst. They provide no response to issues whatsoever. I was able to get my refund directly from Apple and have since deleted WastelandBillionaire .

This game is absolutely garbage. Too many ads to forced onto the player just to pay $9.99 ruins the whole gameplay experience! A bit pricey for ads removal! What I suggest is to have ads pop up only when the player wants to doubles up on gems, money, or needs an auto bot to work, collect money, or security. But not when you as the player moves around from one place to another or during a storyline that an ad pops up and ruins the fun. Also, there’s a bug glitch in this game because of too many ads!

I love this game! But with the amount of ads there are, I just deleted it! I went to see if there was a pay to get rid of ads option, bc I was more than willing to pay for that, and that’s $9.99 a WEEK, ummm no thanks! That is insane to me! Two stars is bc the actual game is great but lacking 3 bc ads every 10 to 15 seconds and or the amount of money wanted to get rid of the ads is way too much!

i jus got this game, theres a glitch right after the boss helps u put tanning oil on and it says “claim rewards” on the top left but there nothing there to click and it wont let you do anything else on the screen. very annoying and disappointing. i close WastelandBillionaire and tried it and it jus does the same thing over and over. terrible.

I recently started playing this game and I loved it, but it seems that somehow my progress got pushed back. I was past sex on the beach and now somehow I am back to Hug, which is alot of lost progress. I also purchased gems that I used to purchase workers for the kitchen and porters for the store, they are no longer there and alot of the other areas i opened like the showers, saunas and the stage area are no longer there. Please help or ai would like to get a refund back for my purchases since my progress has been pushed back for no reason.

This game was so fun in the beginning, but now that I’m on Land 4 the upgrades cost more than my businesses are making and it takes forever to upgrade anything. “Stealing” from other islands stays the same regardless of what level you are. (You get around 3 mil which is great at the start, barely makes a dent later on in the game) Not interested in spending a bunch of money to move it along faster. Since there’s no other way to go about it, I spend less than 2 minutes on the game each time I play. Officially bored. Hopefully the developers do something about it to make it fun again.

I love this game, but it take soo long to build the different areas now. The money from the daily, weekly & other requests makes it harder to build the areas. It’s taking me weeks to open new destinations now & I am not really a big fan of that. Once I paid the $9.99 for the ads, all of my helpers cost gems. I can’t even use money to build workers for my areas. That’s another problem I have with this game. If all of those things improved, I would give 5 stars.

This game needs to be more carefully advertised because I found it on a game with the age rating being 12+ and most kids don't pay attention to age ratings and some of the progress markers are labeled with things they shouldn't know about or at least not see it in a game even if it doesn't actually happen in the game. But other than that I like the game

I get it, developers want to get paid but I’ve been playing for maybe two hours and seen well over 25 ads. I don’t mind voluntarily watching an ad for a perk but I’ve been getting the unavoidable ones almost five minutes apart from each other in the past 30 minutes. Absolutely killed any sort of immersion I had.

I honestly do like this game.
[coming from simmer] BUUUTTT just like all other reviews … the ads. I get it tho, however I feel like if we have to watch ads to get helpers etc then just have us watch ads for that. Take away forced ads every 30seconds, make it at least every 5 mins, and speaking of 5 mins , PUHLEASSEE make the time that the helpers work longer!! At least like a hour! Give us one to hire full time like the waiters that cost gems or something!

I likes th game for the most part, but I think u could make it have WAY less ads. it can already be annoying to watch 9 ads per section of workers and then get another random one after that. If u could just fix houw many ads are programmed into the game, then I think this would be perfect.

Once I started playing the game I was addicted very quickly love how ur able to make money real fast doing just about everything to make ur island more big with more to do I’ve only been playing two days and I’ve achieved a lot, I’ve spent real money I have one issue instead of me constantly playing ads so it will stop thrives from stealing my money when I’m not around I paid for the patrol which is said to be a one time purchase I’m not sure how long the patrol lasts for but for $10 of my real money I didn’t expect it to last one 5 mins I spend my money to get what I was told I don’t think that was fair to me at all idk if anyone else is having that issue but if we spend money for certain things I believe it should last longer than 5 mins for that I want my money back overall the game is amazing except for that small issue.

OMG!!! I happened to find this game when searching for another game, I thought it would be something stupid like expand your land - as other games do - but this game actually turns out amazing! You can not only grow your business, at the same time you'd be able to play some stories, flirt or date with your lady boss, also you need to handle those thieves who tried to steal your money, to advertize your resort to attract visitors... You'd find everything you want in this game, and all of those logics make sense. This game is absolutely well designed, I strongly recommened! Updated: after 7 days play I found it short of content with "to be continued". I think the developers are still trying to add more content, but this game is definitely of great potential, I'd love to recommend to everyone around me!

Only thing I hate is the ads that don’t know how to close. The ads come and don’t give you the option to exit so I exit WastelandBillionaire and come back in. Too many ads as well. The game so far has been AWSOME‼️

So in the game you build like this perfect little beach getaway. There’s no ads unless you want to watch one for a certain reward, there are ads every once in awhile, and you don’t have to pay to play. It gives you the option in pop up ads but making money is easy enough. Gems also play apart in this game as like a special currency and they’re so easy to come across. Definitely my favorite game right now.

I am giving the game 5 stars because it is such an incredible game, Thank you for creating it. I wish there was more we could do after building everything on the island but it’s still super fun. This time around However a lot has changed, like before you played as the girl now you play as the guy. Still really fun though, I don’t know why I’m not able to contact you directly Your website doesn’t let me message you, I have had to uninstall and reinstall this game twice now, suddenly the screen goes black but the music still plays and it doesn’t come back so I have to reinstall, is there a way for you all to fix this? Constantly Going so far then having to delete and reinstall kind of makes me not want to play. Hopefully you all can do something. Thanks!
