после установки приложения стабильно списывается 45 рублей, причем не просто каждый месяц, а буквально каждую неделю!!!! самое главное, что ни одна карта к приложению не привязана
Никакой гарантии со стороны провайдера предоставления отелями качественных услуг

После общения с support, стало понятно, что цены за аренду жилья в приложении отели/арендодатели устанавливают сами, провайдер никак не регулирует это, так же не проверяет качество поставляемых услуг. То есть если апартамент не соответствует фотографиям, там грязно и так далее, у тех кто снимает нет вообще никаких прав защитить себя. И условия возврата устанавливаются так же отелем, что возмутительно. Оценка 1 звезда, абсолютно не безопасный сервис для путешествий, грустно что Яндекс не смог сделать что то нормальное, чтобы были права и обязанности у обеих сторон, а не только у отелей.
