I wanted to like this app but the experience has been more stressful than dealing with tenants. I never leave app reviews but this company does not care that they’re making your life harder instead of easier. They don’t even sound sympathetic. It’s glitch after glitch after glitch. I would list all the problems I had but it makes no difference because I’m either going to find another company or just use docusign and Google workspace which is probably cheaper to handle my business and communicate with my tenants. They’re so many workarounds that combined are faster and more reliable that TurboTenant. Horrible app and even worse customer service. No apologies for the inconvenience just ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and you just have to deal with it.

I was so hopeful for this app to manage our properties. I tested it in one and it seemed to be amazing. I entered all my prospective tenants from another place and listed one of our properties to test out. My account was then suspended with no information.
I contacted them and was told I had to provide documents via email (an unsecure request) of which their TOS do not state it’s a requirement only that they can ask. If that’s the case it should have been done initially instead of suspending my account AFTER I sent links to tenants and now they are unable to submit.
I redacted identifying information and provided the necessary requests and was told 1-2 business days. I am still unable to login and retrieve the information I entered and do not thing it’s very professional to lock so one out and hold their data as hostage that does not belong to them.
With their lack of service I would not recommend at all.

I expected a lot more from this app as a landlord. It’s like they built an app just to have an app and never talked to a single customer about what would actually make building an app useful.
Here’s a tip to the Product Manager running this; Only include features a landlord would use on a daily or weekly basis. This includes:
1. Accounting/expenses - the main tab should be adding accounting transactions. This is the most compelling reason to have an app on your phone that you use almost every day.
2. Maintenance - managing your maintenance requests from an app would be very helpful.
3. Payments - visibility into payments frequently would be great.
4. Messages - managing all messages and responding quickly through an app would be great.
The app currently only has functionality you would want to use a computer for, not an app.
