The concept is great. I've been looking for an app to track diet, symptoms, and vitals all in one. I can't get past page 2 of the setup. It just says “There is some issue while creating your plan.” Skip doesn't work. There's no back button. I forced it closed then tried a different option on page one and got the same message. The developer’s email isn't listed, hence this review. So I am hoping I can get through to them this way, so I can utilize my free trial. I have no issue paying for a year if it does all it claims, but I want to try it out first.
But don’t harass me with paywall nonsense and pop ups until I’ve at least seen the functionality of SymptomTracker . You put in all the time and effort to make this product and sabotage yourself immediately by having an absolute garbage first impression. You don’t even need to be a UX designer to see how obnoxious and annoying it is. Some people just lack common sense…
Hidden fees
Lost all data after a week (trial ended and automatically rolled over/charged for SymptomTracker ). All my notes, data, records lost. Took A LOT of work to set up SymptomTracker . Very disappointed. THE ISSUE HERE IS THAT ALL THE LOGGING IS GONE!!!! DATA DISAPPEARED!!! I wanted to continue using SymptomTracker BUT RISK LOSING ALL DATA… AGAIN??? I need my data!!! I’m sure like everyone else who purchased SymptomTracker , that’s the intention of using it!!!!
Can export only 60-days at a time. Very clunky hope to get date ranges
Not intuitive. Add a daily med and suddenly you are changing its universal set up.
Changing a date on an entry is tedious. Since I do not log every day this is more than annoying.
Very sensitive scroll bars and check boxes. Many times have to enter multiple times to get it right.
Many times during entry screen just flicks back. Happens frequently and on multiple versions. Supported reported it was fixed. Nope
Searching for something better
Symptom Tracker is a fantastic tool for anyone looking to keep a close eye on their health. The customization and reporting features are top-notch, making it really easy to track what matters most to me.
