Idk as someone who’s been to mental hospital it’s a bit offensive not gonna lie. For the most part people don’t act like they do in the ad. It’s not everyone running around acting silly. It’s people who have been through worse things than you can imagine. It’s people who have tried to end their life. It’s people covered in scars. Its people who’s bones are deteriorating cause they just can’t force themselves to eat. It’s low staff that handle activities so they force us alone in our rooms all day. It’s prison for those who were already abandoned by society. When people say this is exactly like prison tycoon. These hospitals are lot like prison for people who primarily didn’t actually do anything wrong. This stigmatizes mental illness. Maybe you could say the same about the prison ones but I’ve never seen a 6 year old in prison…

Firstly, the chat bubbles in the the very beginning are awfully ‘translated’, and it’s not just a few typos. Secondly, when you build something and it says 1 minute and 30 seconds, what it really means is about five minutes because that’s the time I’ve been getting to that ration. One took an ‘hour’ and I waited about three to four. Lastly, there’s very little stuff to do very quickly. You’ll reach a point where you’re waiting for crap to build because there’s literally nothing else to buy and you’ll also end up waiting for your cured patient count to go up so you can at least move on to the next hospital. It’s poorly designed and poorly thought out. With nothing to do outside of upgrading items, it gets redundant.

Since when is portraying people who have mental health issues as looneys an appropriate thing to do? Would you make fun of cancer patients? How about people who are paralyzed due to a spinal cord injury? It’s the same thing, as mental illness can afflict absolutely anybody and anytime. Don’t think that you’re immune to it, because you’re not. There isn’t anything inherently inferior about the people who suffer from mental illness. They are no better and no worse than any of us. These developers should be ashamed of themselves for making fun of those who fell victim to mental illness, especially since they are doing it in order to make money.
