There’s no way I would have kept a subscription that charges $19.99 a week. This is insane. I know that this was canceled if I even signed up for this nonsense. I expect all of my money returned. I cannot find a single way to cancel this app. I have an apple phone so no "subscription" shows. i can't even FIND this app on the app store. I have Googled the $19.99 charge that showed up, but theres no way to contact you. This company is a huge scam and has obviously taken a lot of our money and continues to do so. Hello, I am contacting you since an amount of 84.35 euros was charged from my Mastercard on May 16, 2023. I contacted my bank since this wasn't a purchase I had managed myself. I have never taken out a subscription with you or authorized this. If a subscription was registered by you, I would like it to be stopped immediately. I want my money back immediately.
