I used to use ForNovel daily but since the newest patch I have been unable to log in and read anything that isn’t already downloaded. Can’t find a support to get help either.

I got logged out of my novel and can’t figure out how to get it back. I am so upset.

$60 for one book that isn’t completed and doesn’t seem to be updating.

I’ve been using ForNovel for about 3 or 4 days and suddenly I get a “system error”. I restarted my, my phone and same thing. All of my other apps on my phone are working with no other issues. So I deleted ForNovel and redownloaded and the pop up is still there. I can’t do anything in ForNovel including logging in to my account or trying to contact a support team. I’m very frustrated as I recently purchased coins and coupons to continue reading a book. ForNovel is a scam.

I gave ForNovel 1 star solely based on how expensive it is. This is my first time using ForNovel & I’ve already spent $40 reading a book & I’m just half through it. Ridiculous…this will be the only book I read on ForNovel. I would give it a much higher rating if it were not for the cost.

The last 2 days when trying to log in I get system error. I can’t even submit a problem to your support team without a picture due to it shutting down immediately. What is going on? Do you not want anyone to be on during the holidays? What is up with this?

I was hit with SYSTEM ERROR and lost everything after purchasing coins to continue reading. I even uninstalled ForNovel and reinstalled it to only get the same result. I guess this is how y’all people get money from unsuspecting just like those slimy telemarketers 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have many book apps and this is the buggiest one yet you still owe me for two twenty dollar top offs that i paid for but never recieved and now it won’t even let me into a book it goes to the library screen then when i click on a book it shuts down ForNovel also you have no customer support to be able to resolve these issues with it is frustrating

Update…. After pointing out that the book will cost over $100 to read at the prices set and the number of chapters… and I was told “ thank you for understanding the difficulties of the author… don’t take into account how many hours we would have to work to pay that kind of money to read it. With free coins for check in it will take 2plus years to read this one book.. I’m all for supporting new authors.. but not being taken advantage of.

The biggest rip off you could ever try…… just doing the math and a book to read from start to finish is over $100. And the chapters are tiny thus 527 chapters for a book at any where for 20 to 50 tokens per chapter. At $100 you think they would at least have someone read over it and fix the grammatical and spelling errors. Side note…. There is no way they don’t have more lower starts with what they are charging and as small as the chapters are. Maybe Apple should take a look at them padding their rating. It make Apple’s rating unreadable.

The book is good but you spend more money trying to read books that are not even properly written than what I would if I bought an actual book….these apps are rip offs

Let me start by saying that I’ve had ForNovel for about 10 months now and haven’t really had any problems with it up until about 3-4 days ago. Now I CAN’T even get ForNovel to work AT ALL. I’ll go to open it and it will somewhat start up but then comes up with a screen that says it can’t/won’t load and continues to tell me that the book is no longer available. That’s fine, book no longer being available is not a problem at all. However, it won’t even let me get out of the book that supposedly doesn’t exist so I can remove it from my library and move on to read other books. I’ve now lost at least 2 days of check ins and therefore losing the points/coins rewards for that. How can this be fixed?

I’ve been using ForNovel for months and up until 2 days ago I’d have given a 5 star review but all of the sudden it stopped working and says network error. Can’t access any of my books. Awful.!

This past week when I’ve tried to login for the day it reads system error, and it’s only with ForNovel so I know it’s not on my end. I’ve tried with other devices and still get system error. So what’s up with your app?

ForNovel is ridiculous! Updated to improve your app. Now all I receive are errors and it’s frozen on a network error. ForNovel is no longer responsive and I’m unable to access any sort of help. I’ve tried since updating ForNovel. It’s has gone from my favorite to useless

Good book I’m reading. Costy if you tell me. But what gets me the most is requested time out? What is that even about? If that wasn’t there the stars would have been better.

Its an ok app. I use daily to unlock chapters.
I cannot stand theres no comments during reading.

I love how you can read multiple chapters a day without having to buy coins

There has been an error on this book for over a week

I love the books and the opportunities to earn bonus. However, glitches are begun making it hard to use ForNovel . ForNovel has begun not load even on reliable Wi-Fi that ik is working at the time. Videos aren’t available most of the time anymore. It has progressively become more common and annoying. I can’t earn bonuses or load the books to read. Please fix ForNovel .

For the amount of coin needed to read chapters, it’s ridiculous. Some chapters are barely 3 paragraphs long.

Well it’s expensive lol but worth it…has good books to read and I’m enjoying it so far
