Well, I was thoroughly enjoying this game until I made a withdrawal 2 weeks ago…. I have contacted support numerous times, through BingoStars , but never got a response. Then suddenly I go to log in, and BingoStars made me start over, I tried to log in with my phone number and it says, “user not found” but then when I start over, and try to save my NEW account it says, “a user with that phone number already exists” and so it repeats. And so now, I cannot even see the withdrawal, (even though I did take screenshots in case something like this happened) not log into my old account or save new one. I just want my withdrawal and for someone to contact me so we can resolve this! Thank you.

Be aware that after making a withdrawal they won’t allow you to win any more free tournaments. I was able to collect bonus cash on a daily basis by playing free tournaments. With that bonus cash I played a tournament for a fee and I won the first prize. However, I could only withdraw a percentage of the total prize, and if I did it, the rest of the money and the additional bonus cash were forfeited. I knew these were the rules and I withdrew the small amount they allowed. That’s when I noticed that I wasn’t able to collect more bonus cash by playing free tournaments anymore. I have been playing three consecutive days and not able to win even one free tournament, when before the withdrawal, I was winning most of them. The tournaments are manipulated! Total scam!

All of these games are the same! Tells you that you can win money and withdraw it and you don’t have to pay out any money!!! Lies all lies !! Every game has wanted me to pay to play and this one took money from me saying it was depositing money for my wins , when in reality it was taking money from me stealing from me!!! Shame on you!!! All of these games are the same! They say you can win money and it’s free to play, but all of them ask for money to play and when it tells you that you have won it doesn’t deposit money it takes money from your account!! This has happened to me four times from joy box games and Avia games!! I’m not playing any games anymore, they’re all just scams!!!!!

Don’t get this game it’s not worth it they are scammers let’s off by saying first they make you spend your cash first instead of say for instance you have $10 5 of it is bonus and the other 5 is cash they are gonna make you play your cash not they bonus credit/money when you win a tournament say of instance you win $45 and you cash out some how and way they will take $10 to $15 talking about it’s bonus money so u thought you $45 but they take money from that let’s not forget that when you sit at the table they already charge you a fee they think they are slick but they are not o yeah and once you cash out the bonus money they take back from you so you can’t cash out the bonus money even though you worked and played for it so if you do get this game don’t upload no money if anything play for free off the bonus money until you can cash out to what you want I am just here to share this information

This is a scam just like probably all of them. They use bots. That’s why you’re always the first person to play. Amazing! Out of everyone in the world you’re always first! They need to know your score so the bot will surely win. Actually they’ve come up with another plan and you aren’t always first on BingoStars but they’re still bots.

You aren’t playing the same game with equally skilled players. It’s absolutely impossible for others to get such high scores! Not if they’re playing the same game. Can’t fill a card if only 4 numbers were called out. They must think we are that dumb! There’s a class action lawsuit on one of these. Same issue and they were caught using bots! Don’t waste your time or money.

I did find a way to win a few more games though if anyone would like to know. After winning 2 in a row you will not win another for about 5 or 6 games. You lose so bad when you played so well. They are so blatant it’s crazy! Anyway, play your coins for several games so you only lose those. Then play for $$. You have a chance at winning.

Now let’s see how long that continues to work after the creators read this. lol. Since you do read these please tell me why you must cheat and steal? You’re already making money on each game? Why so greedy? Have you no decency?

I was a loyal player who spent tons of real money playing daily and winning. After the game began glitching and cheating constantly and never receiving a support response I’m done. The recent updates are suspicious went from being a top player in high stakes games to literally not being able to win a single game. You’re no longer able to really advance with tokens they have successfully taken away any incentive to play their game with legitimate competitors on BingoStars Store. Screen record EVERY game because you will lose money when the game glitches frequently. I have well over 200 dollars invested in games that never took place due to the game not displaying any call numbers at all. Luckily I’ve screen recorded every match and have now contacted legal as I intend to recoup some of what I’ve lost.

My issue is with the certain prize pool games, I’m receiving the same card, I’m supposedly put against people with that card, the card has only ten numbers called out of all the numbers being called, and it is the same exact numbers and order of numbers. If the card was the same but the numbers called in each game were different, that would make it fair, but to recall the same exact numbers using the same exact card , that has no way of winning, is not at all a fair game. I can hear when the order of numbers being called is the same as the last round. I can provide the screenshots , I’m working on an way to let you hear what I mean. Also it’s the same names as top player .

The game started off really good and fun but as you continue to play and get better or faster, the game begins to cheat. There were numerous times where I’ve covered the entire bingo board before the time ran out and it won’t not count all of my bingo’s thus causing my score to be low or not place in the top where I can actually win money. Example: There’s a total of 13 bingo’s meaning you’ve covered the entire board ..it’s 15 secs left and my round will completely stop at the 15 sec mark and will say I’ve only completed 11 bingos or even 9… HOW? I’ve covered the entire board and still have time left ..so when I could could’ve won 1st 2nd or 3rd place and could have actually won a few bucks..now I win nothing..This has happened to me at least 4 times now..I NEVER leave reviews for anything. But once I started noticing that this is what the game was doing , I had to leave a review.. don’t waste your time. It takes forever to win any decent money unless you come out of your own pockets to constantly invest into each round..You Lose more money than you actually win it ..NOT WORTH IT..other than to pass time if you’re bored .

While this has been one of my favorite Bingo app games to play, upon my first withdrawals I never received payout. I recognize you’re always taking a gamble with these types of apps but I didn’t have an issue with other Bingo apps I’ve used consistently. I waited four weeks from the time of requesting withdrawal to my PayPal account, deposited more money to keep playing, with good faith and did not receive a payout. I contacted customer support and did not receive an email back beyond the request which stated not to email again and they would get to my email in the order received. The game is fun but do not expect to actually withdraw your money or hear from customer service. Use bonus money or coins only.

Used to be good. Now it’s very scammy. Suddenly went from winning small bits regularly to unable to win ever - and it’s always only me in results until suddenly there’s a bunch of people added at once who win. Like how likely is it that I’m the only one in a game waiting for others to join for an hour, and suddenly there’s 9 other people all at once? And on top of that, going from winning regularly to winning never literally overnight - on a night they definitely adjusted their system because there were bugs while they did it. There’s more as well. Basically, once you win, they set you up to lose imo.

They are prompt about payout so I didn’t go full single star. But it’s a shame, this used to be my favorite.

Well I downloaded the game thinking I was getting 20 dollars just for downloading like BingoStars ad said and of course it was a scam. Thought it would be a good starting point to actually play money tournaments. I hate how the ads make it seem like you can win all this money but you really can’t unless you prolly lose most of the time and by the time you lose all that money the winnings don’t outweigh the loss. Also it’s pretty disappointing to see how you talk to your customers in other reviews. Not the greatest customer service if you ask me. I have never seen a company call someone vindictive. If you wanna make things right and give the 20 like the ad advertised I will write a better review and keep the game downloaded. If not then bye bye and I’m not gonna wait 2 months for you to make it right either.

I have really enjoyed this game. The pace is just right and even though it had some glitches in the past (app crash when totaling lucky day scores for example), I was winning a little bit here and there to work my balance to over $200. But something has happened that I don’t get. After fixing the glitches and up dating I can’t seem to win anything. Like overnight I went from winning to losing with winning scores being 2-3 higher than mine. That never happened before, ever. So what changed? My bingo scores and mechanics are the same so what gives? I won’t play the money games until I figure out what happened. Have the rules changed? Have the bots taken over as they do just about everywhere? It was fun while it lasted but those times are gone.

This game was fun and much better than other bingo games because you can earn money without depositing. However, I’ve encountered a frustrating bug that’s made it almost unplayable. At some point I selected an option to earn playing cards. Since then that has become my default screen. Sometimes I can switch and start a game but other times it cycles between that and ads and I can’t play. Other times the game freezes on the card screen and has to be restarted. It’s become super annoying and the game is no longer enjoyable. I emailed to report the bug but there was no response.

I am out of work due to health issues and am appealing an insurance company. This game gave me a chance to not focus on it for a while. The only problem I have is that even though it is claimed that you will get the money transferred to Paypal, I am still waiting although I was told 3 weeks ago it would be in my account in 3-7 days (if I remember the time frame). I was really hoping to get the money and ended up with a family tragedy while waiting. Payment is definitely not as quick as promised. I’m beyond hoping it will come and hope I don’t lose my car or get evicted while appealing the insurance company.

Once I liked this application w 5 stars then it became harder and harder to even win. It hardly ever calls the numbers on the bingo card, but before I gave it 5 stars it was calling numbers on my bingo card. The time will run out on some games before I even have half my numbers called but before I gave it 5 stars it was giving numbers easily i rated the application it stopped throwing numbers out there my timer will be out before half the my numbers are filled seems like a catch to me especially if i would not rated it maybe I still have a decant chance I’ve lost more than anything after eating 5 stars so my decision is definitely not 5 stars. It also keeps telling me I need to turn my location which is on so then I can not play any of the games for money also this game sure does want to deposit, I’m not gonna deposit any money if I can not play a game w the money I did eventually make $1.00 w from different games. I do enjoy pls bingo but I don’t like being tricked I will see how much longer I can tolerate this game. I actually down loaded to give it shot not sure how long that is gonna last.

I’ve had several issues that haven’t been addressed, involving games using money. The game will freeze up midplay and cause you to lose. The last incident involved a $2.50 game, which I paid for, it lagged, and when it started, I only had 17 seconds to play the game, which of course resulted in a very low score, and a last place finish. I emailed tech support with no response. The glitches the game has will cause you to lose. I did like this game before, it did pay, but to feel a bit of unease before a game starts because of the glitches makes it hard to like it again. I’m always worried it’s going to bug out on me.

UPDATE: Response time, although it took long, was well worth the wait. The company went above and beyond to help with the issue I had.

Bingo Stars has always done what they said about everything the game entails. Bingo Stars is one of two very fave games. However, I earned a wee bit of cash and it hadn’t been credited to my account; been more than 14 days.
I now has $15 in earning a buy can’t withdraw any of it because a gray square pops up and tells me I can’t withdraw while another one is pending. Is this a ploy by Bingo Stars that after you teach a certain amount they won’t credit you any more?
I am baffled quite frankly and would love for this to be corrected.

I have been playing this game for several weeks and really like it. I have cashed out once for $5 and it went well. I do feel as though “they” punish you for cashing out because I couldn’t win a game for over a week after cashing out but still enjoy the game enough to keep working it. Having moderate success overall
Set your expectations low at making lots of money and enjoy the game.
Overall a fun game I have trouble not playing while I drink my morning coffee.

Love this game! I’ve lost some money up here and I’ve won some, actually won more than I lost and that never happens on other bingo apps but my first deposit I deposited 5 dollars and they gave me 10 extra dollars for my first deposit! It’s really an awesome game and then I got an email today stating that they would give me bonus cash for my 5 star review or feedback! Who can beat that? Keep up the great work Bingo star! Best bingo app I’ve found where you win money and actually get the money you win!!!! ❤️

I downloaded this game just to leave a review. Before I ever download a game I always check out the reviews first. I absolutely love how whoever is replying back to the reviews is commenting. lol. Talk about putting people who are trying to get down on the game in their places. Not to mention half of them acting like a two year old not getting their way. Good job. Unfortunately I live in a place that can’t take real cash payouts right now. Arkansas.
