I’ve been a fan and user of the Guava app for several months now, and let’s just say it’s been nothing short of a health detective for me. I’m a 48-year-old male who’s no stranger to health challenges. While I’ll keep the details to myself, believe me when I say they were serious.

Guava stepped in like a savvy sidekick, spotlighting a crucial health trend (177 BPM) that even I hadn’t pieced together. Thanks to what the app illuminated, I hobbled my way to urgent care who told me to go to the ER immediately where they addmitted me and I met with the chief of surgery and their team. Long story short, that was a game-changing decision. Kudos to Guava for giving me the nudge (okay, more like a push) right when it mattered most!

There are some details that I'd like to see added to the app but I'll communicate that with Guava directly. As soon as I start to feel a bit better.

The free version is awesome but the premium version is a magical.

This app keeps all my health information from doctors appts, lab tests, and fitness devices synced seamlessly in one beautifully designed interface. It’s awesome! And I love how I can keep tabs on the health of my family members, kids, and aging parents with the profile sharing feature. I’ll never miss a pediatrician wellness check for my little ones again. And I feel much more secure knowing the details of my parents health when it’s coming straight from the doctors notes in the app, not from what they remember to tell me! Also great for tracking a number of annoying symptoms to figure out if they are linked or if something more serious is going on with your health. Lastly, I also truly appreciate them going above and beyond on their attention to patient data privacy and security. All around, probably my favorite app of the year.

I’ve never actually written a review in my decade of using iPhone apps, but this app has changed my life. Managing the diagnostic phase of severe gastroparesis/ dysautomia/maybe other neuro disorder, there are always way more information and personal logs and different hospitals with different systems than there are time and energy to manage them. This app has eliminated the “wait I don’t know what doctor ran that test or where” moment with specialists and helps me provide accurate and clean logs of my life and symptoms. It’s huge. Im so grateful.
