UI is easy to read and navigate. I only have a fee grievances:
- A lot of settings (endianness, row size, radix) could probably be moved to a separate config menu.
- Tab duplicate/unpin/trash would be better as a tooltip, not a drag-and-drop.
- “Insert mode” keyboard isn’t scaled properly.
It’s pretty ridiculous that I have to pay a monthly subscription to use a simple hex editor. There are thousands of free desktop apps and websites which do the exact same thing. I don’t blame you, though.
With the whole $99/year indie dev fee, it’s only natural that the Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
