Seems like the listen button is broken in PennStateNittanyLions . Worked fine for the past few years. Disappointed

can’t log in to get parking passes to Blue White game. Not sure why PennStateNittanyLions has so many issues.

I can’t ever access my season tickets. Sometimes I can look at them but can’t click on them, sometimes I can click on them but can’t view them, sometimes they’re all missing. For the Bowling Green game, I couldn’t even add them to my wallet until the day of. Constant errors.

The new version of PennStateNittanyLions is poor. It won’t rotate on my iPad so I can view it horizontally. Graphics are blurry. Does not look something a top tier D1 athletic program would put out.

When viewing my ticket, either via the Nittany App or Ticketmaster, no option is offered to move the ticket to Apple Wallet. Ticketmaster customer svc said it is a Penn State issue. Penn State said they are aware but are not pursuing it. Evidently the base of the issue is that the person who buys our tickets every year has an Android phone and sends them to me on my Apple. First year for it though. The new Nittany app release probably at fault. So I will be going in either on Wi-Fi at Beaver (good luck there) or have to go to a long line for paper.

What happened to landscape mode? I use PennStateNittanyLions both on iPad and iPhone and only portrait mode is available (old app followed iPad screen orientation).

Also, can’t manage my tickets via PennStateNittanyLions . Have to use web site.

Too many issues with PennStateNittanyLions. Tickets can’t be managed in app, only web view works.

Also, haven’t been able to login nor reset password.

App won’t load my season tickets from my ticket master account. I have to get them from my web browser, and now nothing on PennStateNittanyLions will load.

Once again PSU muffs it! New release of mobile APP in partnership with WMT is not accessible. Old APP stopped working on 7/17 -- new APP download link not working. When you click on the Apple Store link to download nothing happens. I called and the answer I got was that it was not working -- duh! Why launch if you are not ready for prime time? Frustrated again with how this is handled.

Nothing comes close. I have football and hockey season tickets and there is a problem accessing my tickets more often than not.

The new version of PennStateNittanyLions doesn’t work properly. Cannot download tickets to my wallet on iPhone. Extremely irritating.

With the current release of PennStateNittanyLions , I can’t view tickets or transfer to wallet. Sadly, PSU’s Verizon service on campus is horrible and results in no connectivity during games. Having tickets transferred to my wallet ahead of time is necessary. I’m thankful for another reviewer saying it can be done through the online webview account manager. Never had an issue previously but I have to say not being able to access tickets that you paid a lot of money for is very stressful and needs fixed.

You can’t put your tickets into your phones wallet through the mobile app. You have to log in through the webview, which is annoying. Even then I’m having trouble downloading all the tickets. Was only able to get 2 of 4 downloaded.

Every time I try transferring tickets to my apple wallet for the first game I get a dialogue saying 'Your pass could not be added at this time. Try again later.'

To connect up my tickets via Ticketmaster, it makes me agree to Penn State Tickets: Terms and Conditions. But every time I try it says done thing went wrong. Restarting, etc does not work. Please fix. Otherwise I can’t do anything with PennStateNittanyLions.

Can’t sign in to Ticketmaster with new version

For the second year in a row, users are told to change/update PennStateNittanyLions just before football season and it’s mobile ticketing requirement begins. In my case, PennStateNittanyLions suddenly became unable to load my tickets to the phone wallet. Ticketmaster requires Face ID, which gets a check mark for having done so followed by the error dialogue box indicating failure—and no one seems able to help. This is a key function that needs to work. Otherwise, it’s like having a watch with hands that never move, only worse by not even being right twice a day. Fix it or dump it Penn State.

Often when I try and view my purchased tickets, error comes up that something went wrong. This happens consistently whether hours, days, or weeks out from the event. Very annoying when mobile ticketing is the only method to enter the stadium and there is frequently no service around game time.

Since it was announced that there is a new app, i cant find it nor will this one be updated. Any reason why???

When transferring my to to my wallet nothing happens. The button to transfer is gone now also. Yes I did do the upgrade.

Has some nice features but the Manage Tickets feature is absolute trash. Continue getting API errors. Judging by various FB groups, this is a widespread issue. We donate enough with season tickets and game day purchases, the least they can do is bring in some students with coding experience and update PennStateNittanyLions .

Need to follow normally expected conventions like when you click on a teams schedule you get past games and results as well as future games dates/times.

Can’t access my tickets because of an error in PennStateNittanyLions . This is happening to hundreds of people. Fix it.

Not receiving notifications for iOS 16 on iPhone 14pro. Wish you could incorporate live activities.

I am so proud of these guys. They make me Penn State Proud.
