I am repeatedly asking to change my drop Location to Hotel Le Ruchi The Prince, 986/625 Mysore Hunsur main road, Hinkal, Mysore instead of Mandi Mohalla Bus Stand and confirm thesame to me.

Even if you book ahead of time the ride is not confirmed! If they don’t match with a driver you will not find out until you call them 90 minutes before the scheduled time.
Their customer service is terrible and even after a driver showed up 2 hours late and then proceeded to drive dangerously they were indignant.
Would not recommend this app to anyone!
