Хочу завести себе кота, но на последнем этапе когда надо назвать питомца выдает ошибку с загрузкой аватара и не дает возможности ни взять питома, ни выбрать нового, ни выйти
Здравствуйте, вы добавили в игру в строительстве кубы с помощью которых можно строить и модернизировать дома но есть большая проблема - Если сделать пол из этих кубиков и расположить на них вещи с которыми персонаж может взаимодействовать то эти вещи не работают. Как бы игрок не менял высоту предмета на этих кубах не чего не работает. Я хотела сделать дом в стиле модерна и столкнулась с этой проблемой. Холодильник который я разместила на полу из кубиков не работает как бы я не корректировала высоту холодильника, и так со всеми предметами. Пожалуйста сделайте что бы можно было разместить предмет взаимодействия (кровать/холодильник/диван ) на определенном уровне удобному игроку и этот предмет работал

I played this game for months and really loved and enjoyed it. I put a lot of work into it just for my account to one day disappear. At first when I would get on to do events it would freeze and crash. I thought it was my device and did many things to fix it. I decided to get back on months later. I tried to log in multiple times and it said my account did not exist. I went on a guest account that worked perfectly fine and I contacted customer service multiple times to only get a dry automated response that was not reassuring in any way. I waited months to see if they helped me like they said they would and nothing. No account, no message back, no clarification, nothing. I want to start playing again but starting over makes me upset after I put so much work into my old account. I don’t know what happened? I tried logging in on multiple devices, resetting my device, updating applications. I made a guest account that works perfectly fine but when I try to log into my original account it instantly crashes or says account doesn’t exist. I’m so saddened by the loss of my account. I truly loved the game, just not the customer service and losing my account. I hope soon I can get it back.
