Premium Service Subscription

If you try to cancel the so-called premium service there is no way to figure out how to do so. However subscribing to the service is the main menu item within the app. The premium services appear to be three without premium which $8.00 USD per week . Scan network which does not seem to generate a report. Test network speed this type of test can b accessed online for free. Buyer Beware.
Can’t do negative stars

This is the worst app for the price. I can scan my network for free through my cable and also check my speed. My devices, like thermostat and tvs do not have cameras but they show suspicious. Nothing I didn’t know for $39. What a joke. Do not recommend.

I’ve had this doorbell camera for quite a while and now I can’t use it and when I download the app they want to charge me $40 a year no I just want the camera like I had it before
